Since I turned 21 seven years ago and stayed here, 3 Palms has felt like my secret gem!! It's my go to when I want a nice room with a hot tub annd to work on my creative projects. Where else can you find a very nice whirlpool king suite for $60 in offseason?!Plus, the hotel is set right on a lovely, grassy parkin AZ its a nice treat.

It was clean and the decor was ok. The customer service was unimpressive and so was my stay. It wasn't bad, just unimpressive. The pictures made me expect a really cool place. But clearly they did something to take really great pictures. The place don't look as great as the pictures make it seem. If you're looking for a nice hotel, go elsewhere. But if you're looking for a decent inexpensive place to crash for the night, this is the place for you.

I recently stayed at the 3 Palms and I rather enjoyed it. I found all the customer service to be polite, courteous, and helpful. The lobby, rooms, and other hotel amenities were swanky. My clean, beautiful room was comfortably prepared for me each day and I really appreciated the amenities of the microwave and fridge. This hotel did not feel 3-star caliber honestly. The location is nice--close to many conveniences. I also enjoyed evening jogs by the beautiful park right outside.

The only thing I would say drove me a little crazy-- and this is not unique to any hotel I find btw--was the de-magnetizing of the room keys. Ugh! All-in-all however, my experience at 3 Palms though was really exceptional for the value, location, and work purposes of my travel. I would definitely stay here again.

I have never been or heard of 3 palms and I honestly just wanted a day get away, treated it like a staycation. I got a room with the whirlpool and really enjoyed the room and its set up. It was nice for what I was wanting and looking for especially for the deal I got it for. It was peaceful as well as cozy. Everything seemed well maintained and there were some cable channels and other amenities that were included in which suited my needs for that time. I would recommend this to others as well as return.

Nice rooms. Hotel staff friendly. Next to kids' park, pond, and green belt. Not the nicest area but close drive to nice areas. Amazing room service from restaurant next door. Expensive but really good!

Really inexpensive fun place to stay. More amenities at this price point than you would expectmicrowave, fridge, and safe in room. Clean, good quality rooms for the price. Only minor downside is the price sometimes attracts some interesting other guests. Overall though, great inexpensive place to stay.

This was a very cute hotel! Old structure but the entire grounds and rooms were redone. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we reserved a room with a jacuzzi which was very nice and perfect for two. Very reasonable price as well! The office staff was very cordial and professional. A cute little getaway!

More than we expected. Nice pool. There was even a bar at the pool. Room was good. Excellent location. Park across the street was awesome. Even saw a fish jump up to catch a bug.

We love the Marriott courtyard brand. While visiting Scottsdale we stayed at the salt river courtyard Marriott. This is a very unique property that has many artifacts from the indigenous people of this area. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and an awesome bistro in the lobby. Kristy made our stay even more delightful with her enthusiastic energy and knowledge of the hotel history.

Mixed experience. Check-in was easy and the motel (rooms each are outdoor access) had a modern look and feel. The pool and hot tub were nice. Unfortunately, when we got to our room (about 10p), our blanket had a small stain on it. We removed the duvet cover only to find that the blanket itself had a number of yellow stains - it was just not clean. We went to the front desk for a new one. The man there said that because the cleaning staff had gone home, he could either try to find another blanket or put us in another room. It was late so we took the other blanket. The one he could find was a bit tattered and thin, but was otherwise clean. Beyond this, the modern furniture looked worn and a little beat-up. My wife described it as, "looks nice from a distance, just don't get too close." That was our impression of the motel, in general.
