My stay was very comfortable. My mom and I stayed in a queen double room. It was really nice and clean, they had very nice spacious bathrooms, the fitness room was very well equip and the breakfast was really good. On my flight back I will be spending the nice there again for sure! Definitely recommend!

Have stayed at 3 of the 4 hotels at this location and any of them is fine for work travel. This Holiday Inn has clean, updated rooms (they just completed a remodel), and friendly and efficient staff. Great hotel serving the local area.

Fairly clean. Had some cracked tiles in the shower and a stained towel. Wasn't able to get breakfast had to leave before it was avaible but the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked really good. So I was able stay comfortable in the Arizona heat.

The service was great. We got to the hotel late at night. We took the shuttle from the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice and even went and found a baggage cart for us and loaded it up. The man at the front desk was friendly. The room was very nice. We had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The only thing I didn't like was the light in the bathroom. It was the frame around the mirror. I would just prefer a light on the ceiling. I also noticed there was no hair dryer so I'm glad I brought my own. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

New, clean hotel. Modern decor. Bright lights in bathroom. Spacious room. Decent breakfast with news on TV. Pastries, oatmeal, homemade pancakes, apples, bananas, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, yogurt, omelettes, hard boiled eggs. If they assign you room 122, ask for a different room. It is directly across the housekeeping washing machines and you can hear the front desk and people driving up to the front (if the car is playing loud music, you can hear it). Or wear earplugs.

This hotel located I10 and it is near by airport. Very good and decent hotel to stay at night. Very nice room and room service. They have a locker in hotel and free locker.

Modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Great for early departure to airport. Fresh coffee available at 5am. Convenient shuttle to airport every 30 minutes starting at 3am.

I stayed overnight because my flight had been delayed. The hotel provided an convenient airport shuttle and all my interactions with the staff were pleasant. The room was fairly large, well equipped with modern furnishings, and very clean (with the exception of some black hair in the toilet). The bed was almost too comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep. The provided breakfast was an excellent way to start a day of traveling. Though I hope it never happens again, I would stay here again if I ever need to stay overnight in Phoenix.

The location is pretty good if you need to stay overnight and be at the airport early the next morning. The hotel seemed clean. Room was clean, shower was nice (large walk-in with good water pressure), and the beds are apparently new. You of course get the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Staff was friendly and they put out cold water and cookies.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns I've stayed at. My room was a 1 bed king and had tons of space along with a great closet, desk, and couch. Perfect for setting up a laptop and getting work done. The staff was very friendly, which I think is typical of most Holiday Inns, and breakfast was what you would expect. Location puts you a 20-30 minute bus ride from Mill Ave and Mellow Mushroom which is nice.

To start the Ron was a bit smaller then your normal Holiday inn Express room. But other then that the room was great. The location of the hotel was very close to the airport as well.
