The hospitality of the staff was AMAZING!! We were there for 3nights under very difficult circumstances, and the evening management as well as the overnight staff was so kind and helpful and understanding!! Thank you all so much for all of your help. We are very appreciative.

Wonderful location and beautiful grounds. The staff is super friendly and it's conveniently located right by a movie theatre. The bar and bar staff are exceptional. It's also located next to a major freeway so you can be anywhere in the valley metro area in minutes. Loved our time and will return.

Very nice, clean, modern and quiet. I'll definitely stay here again. Only complaint I have is housekeeping knocking at 9:30 am. I forgot to put up the do not disturb sign. Uugh! So annoying!

We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in what seemed like a suite at a super reasonable price. The pool area is amazing. The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the largest shopping centers I've ever seen.

A very short visit, but I am rarely impressed with my hotel stays. I was definitely impressed. If I'm ever back this way again, I'll definitely pick this hotel.

Really nice hotel for the price. Remodeled in the last year. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good and free. The pool looked nice did not use it though. Rooms are a nicely layed out and the beds are comfy. Set up perfectly for working.

Hyatt's are always a great place to stay this one wasn't any different. It had a great pool, beautifully decorated rooms, and hands down the most comfortable beds. We also got the room at a great price I would definitely recommend

This hotel is nice. The whole staff were very nice and friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was oversized and very comfortable. super clean. The breakfast was really good. The whole family loved it and we will we will be coming back here again the next time we come for a baseball game during spring training or a Diamondbacks game.

Very nice hotel. Our room had two queen beds and a pullout sofa, so perfect for our family of four. Decent outdoor pool. Free breakfast included lots of premium ingredients such as cage-free eggs, all natural bacon & sausage and almond milk. On-site restaurant and coffee-to-cocktail bar available all day for purchases. Convenient location in Mesa. Very clean hotel with simple, elegant decor.

Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. They have free WiFi and breakfast. However when I tried logging into the wifi it asked if they could access my phone and videos. I said no and was still able to log in. First time seeing this and very troubled that Hyatt wants to spy on me. They should not do this!

Very comfortable rooms, the beds felt soft and the rooms inviting and open. My friends got married elsewhere near the Hyatt but used the rooms to be nearby and get ready. Room service was friendly, food tasted good. Hotel was clean, good smelling and friendly staff. I would definitely stay the night there on another visit.

Got a great deal on points here to spent the night after a long day of driving from El Paso. It was spring training and there were a lot of baseball fans staying at the hotel (they even offered a free shuttle to the games). The hotel is a pretty standard Hyatt Place, so nothing super noteworthy, though the location is pretty good as there are at least 15+ eateries within a 10 minute walk (or two minute drive). I’m not sure if I have any reason or plans to be back in the Mesa area again anytime soon, but if so, I’d definitely consider staying here.

This Hyatt location is very accessible to the freeway and many shops, restaurants, and movie theater. Inside is clean, modern, and well maintained. The exercise room is tiny, but it is open 24 hours a day. The pool is good for relaxing and there's a putting green! The television also can be controlled via smartphone, but the app charges a 99¢ subscription rate for a channel guide. Come on! Seriously? On the whole, I am enjoying my stay.

The staff is the best. Excellent customer service. Unbelievable customer service and service. The clean rooms and service are very nice to have a business stay. Location to all of the necessities are close by. Quit property.
