The hotel is showing its age and could use an update. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options. The fitness room wasn't very large with limited options. Service was good despite the older rooms and furnishings.

The front desk help Andrew was very helpful and kind. The airport pickup drivers were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and clean. We love the couch, kitchenette, the windows could open and free WiFi.

We have stayed in four hotels this trip and I have to say this is the nicest out if all of them!
The room is clean, modern and very comfortable! They offer a nice breakfast, it had a good selection and there were three different ladies cleaning and restocking.
We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained and the pool towels were very soft!
I also used the gym in the morning, I love having that available its always the best way to start the day.!
I was very pleased I'm not sure why they get such a low star rating.response / report this review -

Modern hotel with great breakfast . Close to Univ and airport. Friendly shuttle driver transports to/from airport and several restaurant in Mill Ave area. Great for business travelers

People were nice; complimentary breakfast and 24 hour coffee were much appreciated. No temperature control knob in refrigerator and non working light bulb in bedside light. Fortunately, Maintenance quickly corrected these. It was too late on Saturday night to get the ceiling fan in 303 to properly operate. Disappointed that, since our last stay at this location in July 2017, complimentary newspapers are no longer available here. I have reservations for the first weekend in December and hope these small items do not occur again. As is often quoted, "The devil is in the details."

My family and I have had excellent customer service staying at this location for many years. However, this experience wasn't as pleasant as before. A family emergency arose (and we travelled 8 hours from our home to stay one evening) we checked in and a few hours later we had to check out. I was told by the front desk attendant (very sweet young lady) that I would have to contact my booking agent and they would have to contact the hotel to receive a refund since we did not use the room, except to wash our hands. So I had contacted my booking agent who was helpful in assisting me however he and informed me that he tried to inform the current front desk attendant the situation but was told no refund was allowed for any reason. When I called the hotel myself I was told the same thing. So, in any situation, family emergency, or whatever situation you're unfortunately in it will not be accepted to receive a refund. How sad. Although, I enjoy staying at that location I will have to end my future bookings with them. Hope no one else gets to experience this.

On a recent business trip, myself and 4 others stayed at this hotel for over a week. Its average; a little dated, but the friendly staff make up for the property's lack of modern appearance or amenities. One short coming, you are directly in the path of a major runway from Sky-harbor and have large jets very close overhead at all hours. Very loud, even while in doors. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. The price is reasonable and the airport is 5 minutes away with a shuttle running every 30 minutes. Over-all not good, not bad. Average.

Decent hotel, looks like it was renovated or decorated fairly recently. Breakfast buffet was a fairly basic Continental style. Quiet rooms.

Hotel was nice enough, but not worth the price. Breakfast made up for the extra cost. Lobby and eating area was super nice. Elevators are slow (so slow that I wasn't sure if they were working). Shuttle service to the airport is excellent. Rooms are OK, but nothing special..

Good place for a longer term stay.. was economic and our room had a sofa cum bed.. which was very help full staff was nice. Breakfast was free and hot but they served the same thing every day (switching between bacon / sausage )which was bummer.

Very nice atmosphere and great staff! Had a shower issue the first night and they took care of it immediately and were very courteous. Additionally breakfast was delicious, anything you could think of almost is there. Also have Gluten free options readily available and great tea options too available 24/7!
