This is your standard run of the mill airport hotels. Knowing the Hilton brand, I was confident in the type of room and service to expect. My expectations were met, as this was the standard hotel room with no frills. The age of the hotel was apparent in the bathroom with a smaller shower and tub area and some paint chips, and repainted areas. These didn't bother me, but were definitely noticeable. The TV was a modern flat screen with the usual basic cable channels. The beds were comfortable, though the sheets did feel a bit rough. This may have been to my drier than normal skin due to the drier air in Phoenix, but again nothing that particularly bothered me. The only note of disappointment was that upon attempting to use the in room restroom, I noticed that there were no toiletries usually included (soap, shampoo, conditioner). I tried to call housekeeping three times to request these items bit either got their voicemail or no answer. I eventually walked to the front desk where the provided these items. Lastly, their work out facility is extremely basic. There is cardio equipment and free weights, but only one or two machines. I had wanted to do a leg workout, but there were no leg press machines or barbell to do squats. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, but nothing fancy

So the beds were very comfortable with excellent pillows. Honestly think I slept better here than any other hotel, except for one thing, there was an old smell of cigarette smoke in my room that drove my allergies nuts for days. When I left the hotel, I was fine, so it was definitely the room. Outside of that, very good hotel.

This is a very nice hotel! The room was great, free shuttle from the airport was quick, and they have a Starbucks among other restaurants. I was most impressed by the employees. EVERY single one I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay here again!

Came for a conference. Didn't see the rooms or anything. Food offered was decent, nothing fancy. Conference room was nice. Employees were kind. The restaurant wasn't open and the coffee shop was closed. Not sure what their hours are. Overall, good experience.

Nice rooms with walking in shower and a Jacuzzi. Room is spacious and plugs hidden for charging your devices on the night stand. And has hot tub and nice clean pool.

The grille/bar was open til 12:00PM.
This was nice as we got in late and I wanted a beer and wings.
Nice, clean hotel.
Better option for park and fly too.

The room was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The location was very close to where we needed to go so it was very convenient for me.

I have now stayed at this property several times now and will return again. Very comfortable bed and great service from the staff. Be sure to try the guacamole and chicken wings at the restaurant. Only real complaint is that they didn't provide the Peter Thomas body wash available at most Hilton properties.

Friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The room comes with a closet, iron, safe, and toiletries. TV is small for the size of the room. There is a place to plug in phones and computers with USB ports. The balconies are basically non-existent. A room overlooking the pool is nice. Overall, a decent place. Sadly, the rate is a bit high for the location. Yes, it is convenient to the airport, but the airport is so close that the noise is overwhelming when trying to sleep. Not really something Hilton can do about that, except maybe reduce the price a bit.

From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, courteous and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the rooms perfect. We stayed on property for our entire visit utilizing the pool, bar, and premier restaurants. The food was exquisite and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Staff Is amazing. Super accomodating! We were staying here because my Mom was flying out the next morning and Samantha at the front desk made our check in a breeze. We ended up extending our stay and she upgraded our room to a beautiful suite! Using the airport shuttle has been fantastic. Very quick service. Takes maybe 8 minutes to get to the airport and the shuttle comes and goes every half hour on the hour. Tim and Nat were very nice grabbing all my Mom's luggage and opening the door for us. Breakfast is $18 per person, but the hotel was nice enough to give us voucher to say thank you for my husband's military service. They also have a cooked to order omelette service during breakfast and it is delicious. Rooms have fridges and no microwaves, but they have a microwave in the coffee shop and they will even open it for you to use if it's after hours. We are staying a couple more nights, but so far the service and experience has been wonderful!
