This place is good but not great. The staff were attentive, and the rooms large and clean, we even had a balcony with a view over the skinny bridge. the negatives for the hotel were, the double room was actually a twin with the beds pushed together (They were actually made up as two single beds with two single blankets.) I fell between the gap in the beds a couple of times. There was no air conditioning (not a problem as it is winter) however we do tend to sleep with the window open. This meant that other groups when smoking weed on their balcony (I know, in Amsterdam right!) the smoke would come into our room. We were awoken by a group of girls coming home from a night out, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear them getting excited by their partners for the night. Breakfast was included and was a simple cold buffet, with hot drinks. There were no elevators, and the steps were shallow (not much room to put your feet). Overall the hotel is good, my gripes are minor, but a fair description of the amenities offered.

My brother and 9 others stayed at The Bridge Hotel for a long weekend to celebrate his upcoming marriage. We had some misunderstanding before arriving over a refund after amending the booking but the reception sorted this out pretty quickly. The rooms were perfect for our needs, clean and the location was great. We made it to breakfast just one morning but the food certainly helped after a long night exploring Amsterdams entertainment ;-) Def recommend.

Very good location with clean room and a nice view to the canals.With the metro it's 2 stops away from the heart of Amsterdam. The breakfast was also good with many choices. Strongly recommend it.

After a 40 hour journey to get there from Australia, the Staff and The Hotel were just superb. Beds were comfortable, food was first class and our stay was perfect. And a huge gold star to the Manager to advised us to visit the Village of Edam. That was a highlight of our trip to Holland.

Fantastic location by the waterside right on the main river of Amsterdam. Room was basic is many aspects but very clean overall. Would consider again on my next visit to the capital.

We visited Amsterdam last year with my girlfriend and we chose this hotel and I cannot say anything bad. Employees were really helpful and kind people. Also this hotel is stated in a center of Amsterdam so everything you want to see is few minutes away.

Has been a pleasant experience for what we were looking to experience In Amsterdam, clean, comfortable, good bed, good TV service, well located and silent environment.
Strengths: wifi is free, breakfast is amazing and of course VERY nice Dutch people taking care of you.
Definitively will book it again!!!

Amazing rooms so bright and open right onto the river. A little bit of a walk away from the main square but nothing major in the warm days the walk was beautiful.

Stayed there on a business trip in Feb. The room was nice and clean, the WiFi is free, and breakfast is decent. City centre is around 20min by foot and there are good transport links near by. All for a very reasonable price.

Nice Hotel, reasonable price. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was just perfect for me, bed was comfortable, shower good. Access to a little enclosed garden. Overall cleanliness was good. Wide range of item for breakfast. Located beside the canals, plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A little more than a mile from Centrum by foot. Can be difficult to find, got lost a few times, but Amsterdam is complicated to navigate at the best of times.
