Wonderful service! To thnks Mrs. Beatrice and
    Mrs. Danielle.
They see you and greet you with charm and professional personal service, very rare these days. The hotel is very close to Dam Square , China town and Shopping area.

Remodeled and modernized historic hotel in the center of Amsterdam. We were there for the World Wings Pan Am reunion and the hotel was perfect for our group of 250 people. Reception and staff is exceptional. The.breakfast buffet has so many delicious choices, it’s hard to choose. I hope to stay there again.

Super hotel right in the centre of the city. Amazing staff. Beautifully decorated. No gym on site, but the sister hotel has a gym which you can use. The Winter Garden room has to be seen.

The hotel was very nice. It is rated a 5 star and rightfully deserves it. The rooms are a bit small for the price though. Great location and easy access to the city. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel, tough parking. I encourage you to use a taxi, don't drive in yourself. The location is in the heart of everything. The staff are nice and the hotel is beautiful. Check in is a bit slow.

I had a wonderful stay here in July 2017, as part of a business trip to Amsterdam. The service was stellar: friendly, but attentive and professional.

The building itself is beautiful and in very good repair. The winter garden where breakfast is served is especially nice. I can also recommend the cafe to the front of the hotel for a quick lunch.

My experience was only impacted by the noise from downstairs - my room overlooked a bar and this kept me awake. If I'd been staying longer, I would have asked to move.

I'd definitely recommending the Krasnapolsky for anyone wanting to stay centrally in Amsterdam.

Stayed for a long weekend Saturday - Monday. Well decorated and modern hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upon check-in I was told that I had been chosen to be the lucky winner of a room upgrade (suite which had a view directly onto dam square) and free breakfast during my stay free of charge! Our room wasn't ready as it was 11:00 and check in was at 15:00, but we we're allowed to leave our luggage with the concierge whilst we roamed the city. The hotel is right on dam square so there is easy access to all parts of town. Room was very clean and well decorated, no complaints at all. Breakfast was amazing, huge selection buffet style and a chef who will also cook to order. Would 100% stay again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Went here to enjoy some high tea, and it was an amazing experience. The only qualm I have is that there was some construction nearby so some of the views outside are blocked but you have an amazing view of the square where a carnival was being held, and there is a lot of shopping nearby. For high tea you can get as much tea as you want or coffee. You can also opt to start with a glass of champagne which we weren't even charged for. The finger sandwiches were delicious as were the scones. But even better was the dessert. It consisted of numerous small cakes and candies and finished off with ice cream. The macaroons were delightful. For small portions it was more than enough. I highly recommend going here for high tea.

    Hey Guys,
Just want to say thank you to the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky for charging my card a second time without authorisation and lying to me at the check in process.
You turned a nice stay into an utter nightmare. 15 days to get a refund for something you never should have charged. Given I was told two days and that should only be for a refund. No secondary charge.
Your staff are either incompetent or liars, possibly both. They also have a disregard for customer's financial safety given I was asked to send a credit card number via e-mail.
Feel free to actually fix my problem. Seems right, seen as though you caused it.

Nice historic hotel, but modern refurbished. Did not fancy that much. Also too expensive compared to what to get.

Nice hotel and comfy beds. Lots of downsides though that clearly outweigh all positives: had to change my room three times to end up in one that has a wardrobe that fits two suits (yes, it's a 5 star hotel and you can hang your stuff over the chair). Ended up in a room in the side building ("you got a free upgrade") facing a busy street to realize that the A/C also can't be switched off. 3 nights of not-so-great sleep ahead. Will avoid this property in the future.
