  This hotel has been excellent! First off, with being a member I was given wine and olives as a thank you for staying. Secondly, it's right in the center of everything and access to whole town is way too convenient. Would recommend to anyone.

  A good hotel, ideally situated, though may be sometimes a bit noisy due to the central location. The breakfast is great, the personal also.

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
  
  Housekeeping could be better, not on time and always forgetting to replace coffee and bathroom toiletries. The location is absolutely the best of any hotel we have seen touring Amsterdam. Central to restaurants, tour group pick up locations, canal tour, fast food, etc. The front desk is friendly and accommodating when Housekeeping for got items.
  Rooms are cozy and chic (bathroom slightly small). Overall a very good experience and we will stay here again next time in Amsterdam.

  Housekeeping could be better, not on time and always forgetting to replace coffee and bathroom toiletries. The location is absolutely the best of any hotel we have seen touring Amsterdam.   The actual stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 days and payed a security deposit of 150 euros. I was informed that I would receive the money back within 24 hours after checking out of the hotel.
  After 3 days I was informed this was only the case with credit cards ( I payed with a debit card). They told me for debit card it takes up to 2 weeks to receive my money back. 2 weeks later still no return.
  I am in constant contact with them and still almost a full month on I haven't received my money back.
  Otherwise the stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the staff were lovely.
  Shame about this situation

  Great experience! They had trouble locating our last minute reservation but MORE than made up for it. After staying around Europe in rooms on the smaller side, this place was a welcomed change. We got a Junior Suite and it was really well appointed! Easily the best experience we had in Europe. Great location if you like people watching and/or the center of the action.

  This place is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. I felt very comfortable as soon as I figured out that the room lights are controlled by your key card.

  Highly recommend! My husband and I are currently staying here for our anniversary and have been impressed. Friendly helpful staff. Easy check in. Very clean and modern rooms with fresh flowers :) Excellent location and easy to get everywhere you want to go. If you're reading this and debating whether or not you should book here, you definitely should!

  Hotel is newly refurbished and in great location near Dam Square. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Great place to stay!
