Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I was in a room on the top floor, it’s was modern and stylish but a low ceiling made it feel a bit cramped. The food in the restaurant was top quality and reasonable priced.

Hotel was much better than I expected it to be. Rooms were nicely appointed with large bathrooms. Location is good - quiet but steps away from all the excitement of old town Amsterdam. Sold me on the Radisson Blu chain.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are luxurious. Staff is friendly. Only the shower water didn't drain that good.

Easy access from railway station. In the middle of old Amsterdam. Very quiet, a good restaurant with competitive prices comparing the surroundings. Nice rooms and a very good breakfast. The bar is a jewel you have to see by yourself.

Just ridiculous. I'm a club Carlson concierge member booked last night and came to the hotel at midnight only to be told by the rude useless night manager that they cancelled my booking and that they were full. Why they did that? Because even though I didn't have a prepaid booking they were trying to charge my card for the stay and they cancelled it without contacting me when they couldn't. Appalling rude hotel. No compensation no remorse no given. Two thumbs down don't stay here u less you want to be stranded by them in the middle of the night.

Hotel was nice. However the concierge was a little misleading when providing recommendations for dining options. We were told we could find many down a street. We assumed the street would be lined with restaurants however, there were only a handful

Management lied in my face.. Charged me for everything in mini bar, when we only had 2 bottles of water.

Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. All amenities were provided as well. The location is fantastic as well as you're not too far from the bars but far enough to escape it as well.
