Absolutely zero WiFi and I was unable to work effectively and efficiently and if the hotel wants to attract and retain business guests a far better Internet service is needed. otherwise good location and a nice breakfast

Great location. Request room overlooking canal. Comfortable room. Bathroom is a little funky with glass frosted door that doesn't close all the way. overall pleasant stay.

Very nice and clean. Good size rooms with coffee and tea. Bathroom is also very nice and modern. Overall a massive pleasure in staying here. Best of all its a short walk from all the action.

Beautiful little hotel. I had an apartment on a side street. It was quiet. Great location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I had everything I needed, and I hope to return when I go back to Amsterdam.

The hotel had very good service. The rooms was good and the beds was comfortable. The TV was okay, it made a popping sound every now and then. It had 4 or 5 English channels and 10 to 15 Dutch channels. The bathroom was clean and very pretty. Romservice came every day. Overall a good experience. Would take a visit again.

Good Hotel and service. Close to all places in Amsterdam. Little Irish bar down the street is great. Only bad thing was that the extractor was on 24/7 and was crazy loud and made it hard to sleep. Free WiFi is always a bonus. The lift is really slow to top floor.

Fantastic concierge! The location is amazing and the staff is very nice. However, our room was very dirty and dusty and we noticed that cleaning service only made our bed using our same sheets (our daughter spilled some food on the comforter that is how we knew) and they didn't vacuum. The dirtiness was very disappointing.

This hotel shocked me in the best way possible! The room we had was lovely, The bed was comfortable, The bathroom was lovely clean and fresh. The room was a good size for 2 and was very clean. I'm very picky about cleanliness and was happily surprised upon arrival. The service from the staff throughout the hotel was 5 star. They couldn't do enough To Help and ever so friendly! The breakfast Was the best part of my stay. So much to pick from and tasted so good, just what u need for a long day of walking around such an interesting city! I will be coming back to the Eden on my next visit and will be recommending to all friends and family! Thank you for such a great experience!
