The hotel had a excelent ubication in the center of the city (A lot of bus parade), the rooms are confortable and had a pool and the service is kind.

A perfect hotel to save some money and to rest well. It is a quiet place to stay and the swimming pool is an extra! I would stay in here again.

Good location and clean. Good staff but time share sales in front lobby detracts from this.
LOUD music and party noise until 0400 from next door hotel so we ran AC fan as white noisel, not quite enough. Pool is pretty much in the shadow of the building.
Parking for 6-8 cars.
No water, like NOTHING in the morning. It was addressed within 30 min when I informed the front desk but it was too late for the toilet :O
Breakfast is toast and coffee. Make sure you get a voucher for this privledge. Really? For toast?

If you're after a cheap, nice and clean hotel with no frills in Cancun then hotel hacienda could be for you. Very friendly staff, a tour booking service on site, a little pool out back and breakfast of tea & toast all provided at a very reasonable rate.

Lovely and cozy traditional hotel. Quite small and close to bus station and best shopping markets Plaza Bonita. It is what you pay for. For £30 a night for 2 people you get a modest accomodation, warm welcome and light breakfast. Loved staying in the city centre.

Pool and rooms are connected, as in no door separating them. The t.vs' might be an issue as well. Air conditioning is good, same with beds and bathrooms.

El hotel pese a lo sencillo muy cómodo, reservamos por dos noches y después de la primer noche lamentablemente nos fueron robadas cosas durante el tiempo que no estuvimos. Le reportamos el incidente al personal encargado sin embargo no nos ayudaron, daba la impresión de que en lugar de ayudar a resolver nuestro problema estaban conscientes del robo y encubriendo al personal. Tengan cuidado al dejar sus cosas, definitivamente no puedo recomendar que se hospeden ahí.

The hotel it's not so good, also they don't have pillows!! And everything that they provide to you is a small one that doesn't work. Besides, the room it's not good, the price is high!!

This hotel is a very pleasant downtown Cancan hotel. It is not the hotel zone. We had a good size room. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool, well located.
