Great location near public transit. Wi-Fi didn't work at all and the power went out. Good vibes and clean location.

This hotel is cheap with nice views BUT if you’re trying to go to the beach think twice. The rooms are very clean and all of them have a nice view to the sea. I didn’t know that the sea was bad on this side of the Zona Hotelera, don’t get a hotel south of the Zona Hotelera if you want to go to the beach. The sea is more calm north of the Zona Hotelera, south is very bad. That’s why the price is cheap, they also have a small store. Where you can buy chips and water. The prices are low

REFUSE TO GIVE THEM DEPOSIT! I found a couple of days after leave that they deducted me 1200 pesos from my card which they originally blocked as deposit. Called them twice, write email, no chance to get to manager, no chance to get my money back. They just said me that I did not return cards. Nonsense as I normally checked out at reception. Really angry about the way they rip their clients off ☹

Check in was fast. Once we get into the room they gave us one king size bed and I requested two double beds. They moved to another room very quickly. The new room was in the first floor on top of a machine room, we could hear the machines going on and off all night. Bathroom had a strong sewer smell. I called the front desk and they send the maintenance guys to fixed (pump the sink and dump Clorox) very nice guys. The room needs an update badly. Bathtub is very old and have stains, didn't work properly. The sink have big cracks and fixtures are full of minerals. The balcony door is hard to open and hardest to closed. The restaurant's food is just ok, not impressed. It's an independent owner from the hotel and always run out of stuff, we asked at breakfast for pancakes for our son and they were out, we asked for mixed fruit and they run out of melon. Good things the room have a beautiful beach view, microwave and fridge in the room. Also laundry room in the hotel, very convenience.
Easy access to the beach. I'll not recommended to stay here. I choose this hotel because an airline recommended while booking my trip. Pictures looks better that what it is. It was affordable but for what we paid it's not worked for me and my family.response / report this review -

Reception staff could have been friendlier, Restaurant/Bar staff was amazing! hotel was clean and bar/pool area was amazing! Close enough to the clubs/ Hotel Zone but far enough for peace and relaxation. Restaurant has a great view, great option.

We were lucky to have a nice ocean view from our room. We also had a balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table which was nice too. There is a restaurant by the hotel's pool which has some good inexpensive options. Our room was clean and the A/C worked great.

Beautiful views decent area good price decent rooms but the throw pillows on the bed smelled like mildew. staff is not very friendly except 1 nice employee and the pina coladas weren't very tasty. I was swimming and was told to get out of the pool because it had already closed which is fine, got out started walking away until i realized i forgot my phone walked back and the man who told me to get out watched me look for a moment then said is this yours are you sure?when I was the ONLY one at the pool for the past 20 mins idk why he didn't say something as I was walking away it was right next to me . Also me and my bf walked the wrong direction it looked like a an exit but it was an area that was being renovated and the security gaurd got snappy as if we had done it on purpose

Very good value for the price. Room was clean and updated. No bugs. (Did a very thorough check). Not luxurious but very comfortable. AC worked great. Two full size beds/ fridge microwave and all rooms have a beach view. The hallways could use some updating and so could the doors. Restaurant is horrible. Again don't expect luxury. Staff is very nice and helpful. Do not buy tours from the onsite tour office. Rip Off. Almost half the price at the little tour hut next to Oxxo across the street.

Stayed here March 24-30, 2017. This by far is the worse hotel ever. 1) arrived Saturday morning, of course extra charges were applied. When I questioned extra charges I was told to "shut up you are crossing a line". 2) no towels and no maid service until Monday afternoon, even after asking repeatedly. 3) floor was so dirty, didn't want to go barefoot. 4) don't expect any amenities like coffee, not happening. 5) the one restaurant on site is privately owned and nauseating to say the least. I could go on forever, bottom line, will never stay here.

Rather Nice Hotel 10 minutes with bus from Hotel zone and 20 minutes from downtown Cancun. Busses Run every 3-5 minutes and cost 10,5 pesos.
We where very pleased with the Hotel not being situated to Close to the Hotel zone as we where free from noise and the Pool wasn't packed. Pool was Great as was the beach. So Nice to have the beach literally next to the pool.
Welcoming customer Service, lovely restaurant. All in All a Great experience.response / report this review -

As I read the other reviews and see all the negative ones, I can't help to wonder how unhappy those people must be. Those people are people on a beer budget with a champagne taste. This place is awesome. We made contact with a lady named Rosie who was very helpful to get our room, and even upgraded us to a beach view room at no charge. The room was great, the beds were clean and comfortable, & the view speaks for itself. The pool and lounge area are well kept up with & the amazing beach is just stepa away. We will return next year around the same time and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place at a great price. Thanks Rosie.

This place is great. They have a beautiful pool and restaurant area that is right on the beach. They have a parking lot if you're renting a car. The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay, but they are not super fancy high class hotel status, just the basics. Beds are comfy, the shower is clean. Our room had a great view of the beach and pool area. There is a convenience store next to the office that sells useful things including really cheap beer (70 peso corona 6 packs). There is a bigger market within walking distance that has more food options. We bought breakfast food at night and microwaved it in the morning.
