Loved the piece of cake that was left on the table to enjoy upon my arrival. Rooms were cleaned and the hotel was in a neat location.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Booked here for 1 night by Alaska Air when they cancelled our flight. My husband and I got two single beds, both beds had two pillows. One pillow was so lumpy it actually hurt my face to sleep on it and the other had feather ends sticking out everywhere. There was no hot water and only one switch so no dimming lights. Pictures look nice, price is $101 US but definitely NOT worth it!

This hotel its not besaide the sea, its located donwtown, inside a shopping mall, with lots of american style restaurants, like Chili's, Hooters, comicx etc.Its more a buissnes hotel than a tourist hotel. its clean, but so noisy. The parking lot its complicated

Hotel is good and the staff is great. It's a traditional hotel chain just like a holiday in express and not like the the hotels located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.

I suspect we were put up in the old part of the hotel as we were being comped by American Airlines. However, the rooms were small and narrow. The AC in my parents room would not shut off and remained freezing all night. The shower in our room didn't seal properly and leaked water all over the floor. I think this is the reason our entire room smelled like mold. The only food available in this area of the hotel was a buffet of cold food that had been sitting out for at least a couple of hours, with only water or diluted juice to drink. In all, this hotel is great for the college student who plans to party and sleep or pass out for an hour at a time. Our bell boy was about the best thing about this place, he was courteous and friendly.

Good place, everything looks new and clean, the location is kind far from the beach but you can get there by bus (r2-27). The shopping under the hotel has a lot of options to eat wich is great if you want a fast food. The only wierd thing that i found here is that the room has iron for clothes, hair dryer and a coffee machine but has no minibar.

Great location inside of Cancun biggest mall, full of great stores, restaurant and nightife. close to airport, Beaches and Citys Downtown. Nice Prices though
