Without doubt the favorite resorts we stayed during our honeymoon in Cancun! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The bartenders were very attentive and polite. The staff was extremely friendly at all times, the restaurants and buffet were delicious. The Seafood restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back again!

We have already decided we're coming back next year! The staff, the entertainment, the drinks, all the things to do, and mostly the value - all make it worth 5 stars. As long as you go in not expecting a fancy room with bells and whistles and you're willing to experiment with some trial and error to find food you love at the buffet, you won't be disappointed. For the value, it's an amazing family vacation if you don't get hung up on small inconveniences. The only thing we didn't understand was why the restaurants were so hard to book - and yet they were never full when we were in there! They need to fill those up more and make them easier to book. And better A/C in the game room would be a huge plus. But kudos to them for having legit ice cream, not just those soft serve ice milk dispensers. The ice cream was so good and a highlight of every meal! Our kids were in heaven, the property is beautiful, and the staff works their tails off! As a family 4/5, as a couple 4/10. Clean and friendly, great for children, but is probably choose somewhere else as adults with no kids. The buffet is great for most meals and Alexis, one of the servers at the buffet was excellent. We searched him out for breakfast and lunch and we're never disappointed. The Italian restaurant was less than stellar however. The service was great, but the food made me wish I had skipped it.The children did enjoy the Kids Club and asked to go back and the covered pool offered a welcome break from the sun on the beach and main pool area.

The staff were friendly and though their English is limited, they tried hard to be helpful. We specially loved our waiter, Juan Carlos. He is very attentive and pleasant. We were there during the spring break March 11 through March 16 and the place was very busy. There were six of us and Juan always make sure we have a table big enough for six.

We just checked in today and we are already so happy. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We have been to the buffet, the bar in lobby and snack bar - all have great service and food/ drinks. Michael Jackson show was amazing. We are disappointed in two things so far - our room which is on old side and closed kids pool. Concierge has already promised us a better room for tomorrow so we are looking forward to that. I hope kids pool open soon enough as we .were very excited to use the piratship and all the kids slides. I will post an update later

This resort is incredibly clean, there was always someone cleaning or wiping or scrubbing something.
Our accommodations were great. Room is a bit dated but we got a great bang for our buck. The employee's of this resort are exceptional. They were incredibly grateful to help with anything at anytime. Food was "ok" the buffet had a great selection of foods. The restaurants in the resort served mostly massed produced entrees, none of these tasted bad however some tasted a bit bland and not overly tasteful. I was very happy with our experience overall and wouldn't hesitate to attend this resort again.response / report this review -

Food is average. Hotel staff is friendly and abundant. Pools are great. Nightly shows and day time entertainment. At the end of the strip cross from El Rey archeological site which is well worth the walk across the road. Rooms are clean. Rooms at night are a bit loud in one of the towers due to nightly entertainment.

My wife and I just returned from our 3rd stay at Crown Paradise. I don't often write lengthy reviews but there are certain individuals that deserve to me noted for the over-the-top service with big smile. Araceli is one of the beach servers who lit up our day, beautiful smile. Hector, we have seen Hector there for many years. Always look forward to seeing him in the eating area, what a great person. Emilio, one of Crowns best. Always greets us with a smile and a hug. Emilio and Isaac are the first people you meet to take your luggage and help you through the registration process, awesome individuals. Peter and Dariana in the Members lounge are super. We always look forward to breakfast and seeing there smiling faces. All on all, Crown Cancun is one of the best and highly recommended. Thanks folks.

Very friendly helpful staff. Huge thanks to the entertainment staff. The food was good. Always had a big selection to choose from. No one got sick. ( That wasn't alcohol infused). The beach was great, rooms were clean and cold with AC. Kids enjoyed everything there was to do. Too bad the slides were closed.

The worse resort in the world! Don't do it,! Food is horrible! accommodations are suspect! Just look else where! This place has fake reviews! No way some of the reviews could be true! Will be writing a full review soon!

Some parts of the resort were great and others, not so much. I'm giving it four stars simply because my stay there was great and I'd go back some areas were lacking.
Good stuff: Buffet at la playlapa was pretty good, and changed up food each day for something different. All the bars were fully stocked and made great drinks. Access to the beach was wonderful. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buses stop right out front so using the buses was easy.
Bad stuff: The room was had mold in it and as I'm allergic to mold that wasn't good. Some of the food could be improved. The restaurants were lackluster at best but the French restaurant was pretty good. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner.
Overall I'd stay here again. It was a nice place with great staff. I'd just like to see some areas improved.response / report this review -

We booked Crown Paradise because we had 50 people coming to see us get married at another venue. It was affordable and kid friendly. What we didn't know, was it would be over crowded. Some of our guests did not get the room they were booked and the food at the buffet is terrible. The room was clean which is a plus. But it doesn't get anymore commercial and basic as this place. Only come if you have kids. Otherwise stay away. The only thing that made the trip enjoyable was having our friends and family. We eventually found the adult only pool. But adult only is secondary to the experience. This is not a romantic get away for 2. It's a family resort. Good Luck.

This resort covers everything. It's like a full on vacation at one destination! There is full for the littlest kids to the most elderly! This place is so cool, I Forgot about the ocean and the beach. The maids do a good job too. We came too our room and my little sisters rammed into the glass sliding door that leads to the balcony. That's how good of a job the maids did. The food was also amazing. I'll give it a 4 star. Overall, It's worth a destination!

This is family paradise. Was a bit scared traveling first time to Mexico but after we got there all was wonderful. Hotel and staff was very good and the sea is amazing. True Caribbean. I would recommend this IF your going with kids. Not a hotel for solo adventures 😎 You have to be informed about basic stuff in Mexico like don't drink tap water if you want your room super clean tip room service 1$ they will kill it 😁 so do your research

Nice all inclusive resort with lots of options for kids and adults. Very nice Beach and lots of different areas for snacks and beverages. In another review someone mentioned thin walls but ours were literally solid masonry. Very friendly staff.

Great family hotel, awesome balcony views, clean property. A young kids water park and two larger slides for the bigger kids as well as mini putt to keep them busy on site. The usual get up at the crack of dawn to place your towels on your chairs around the pool and there is no issue for beach chairs as we had red flags ( high winds and big waves) all week. One thing missing for me was an espresso bar, only regular coffee at a self serve station if you wanted one outside of the dining areas. The a la cartes are good and there is a small selection of non gluten food! Cheers

First off I'd like to say kid friendly and adult friendly with sections for kids only and adults only. You won't get bored so easily especially with so many activities and the food here was terrific. I'd recommend this place for large groups because the rooms can be available in close approximity. I'm all about the cleanliness and the staff are amazing with timely room service as well as the food services were clean.

We were greeted with a mimosa when we got there. Which made us feel welcome. The rooms are a good size, although the walls are very thin, you can hear you neighbors talking and what not. On the main floor there is a huge draft always coming in and out of the stairway to get to the pools. Food was great. All in all I would go again.

The resort is very well maintained, great beach. The food was OK, not great. The worst part about this place is the coffee. They do not have a barista on site, no freshly ground coffee, no real coffee of any sort! The coffee that they do have tastes like it is re-brewed 4 times. Not good. The pools were nice and the service is AMAZING! Our room was perfect for family of 4. We even had a real crib for our baby!
