Stayed here for three nights, free shuttle from the airport where Eric started the amazing service you will get in your stay here. It's a smaller resort than some but they truly take service to the next level. Really nice rooms, great selection in alcohol if you do all inclusive. Food was good, if your looking for night life and late partying this would not be the place. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Grand Residences at Puerto Morelos was a great resort. We took a girls trip to Mexico and loved it. We got all inclusive package which was truly worth it. Hotel offered complimentary pick up-drop off service from Cancun International airport. As soon as we sit in the car, driver took our drink orders and served us cold bottled water. Our drinks were served when we arrive the hotel, during check in.

Staff was truly amazing, we were pampered by the services that they offer. The food, drinks and everything else was great. They had two restaurants and needs rsvp for dinner. They had wet towel service by the pool and beach, also they offered Evian facial sprays and off spray. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to go back with my husband.

Amazing start to finish. This is a five star resort with five star food and five star service! We had a first-floor master suite with our own pool. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Great girls birthday trip.

My husband and I went to this resort for a wedding. The property is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The treatment we received from the hotel staff however was generally HORRIBLE. We did not opt of the all-inclusive package, as we were there less than 48 hours (most of which was occupied by the wedding). Not going for the all-inclusive, we were given white wrist bands instead of blue ones. This is the only reason I can identify that the staff was down-right rude to my husband and I. They only way I would ever consider going back to this place would be if I paid for the all-inclusive package. I highly doubt I will do that however. My husband and I paid about $450 for two-nights, and the all-inclusive would have been about $1,300 for the same amount of time. After several $10 drinks, three rounds of room service, and clearing out the mini bar, we still came out $700 ahead.

You'll Feel Like a King!

My boyfriend and I booked the all-inclusive package and stayed at the Junior Suite Resort View for 5 days (10/23/17 - 10/27/17). The free transfer from the Cancun airport to the resort was prearranged for us and all I had to do was show them a printed copy of the ticket. Although check-in is at 4pm, the room was ready for us and they let us check in at 11am, when we arrived. There are only 2 restaurants and 2 bars, all open until 10:30pm, but room service is 24 hrs and included with our stay. The food is exquisite with great variety and the service was very pleasing. My concierge, Griselda, contacted us via email 2 weeks before our arrival and she booked our tables for dinner before we even arrived. She also introduced to us the different activities and excursions available. We really enjoyed housekeeping services twice a day (am and pm), the gifts from the hotel, the dried and fresh fruits, the luxurious and spacious bathroom and bedroom, the Jacuzzi bathtub, the functional shower, the plentiful towels, and perfect air conditioning system. All the staff members made us feel like kings and queens! The beach, pool areas, and gardens are beautifully maintained. The drinks are made with premium alcohol. Even the room service was excellent. We did not try the spa or take part in any of the activities, but we did the Chichen Itza Deluxe excursion, which was very enjoyable. The resort is only 4 years old and currently still building/expanding, so I would have appreciated more activities and amenities for adults, such as a dance club, sports bars, dance performances, etc. available until 1am or later.

The location of the resort is pretty remote and there is not much to do within walking distance. However, there are fun things to do just 5 minutes away via taxi.

Well, this is true 5 stars resort! The food is out of this world! The beach is picture perfect! Service is just crazy perfect! The staff, the pool, the room, the room sevice everything is just perfect. Enjoyed my stay there very much! Would go back as soon as I can.

We really liked this place and the staff was super friendly. However, we felt uncomfortable with the excursions they set up as we were required to carry cash with us instead of simply paying via the hotel. That has been the way that we had done things previously at resorts and it was far more comfortable. For example, we carried over $500 in cash with us and met some guides we didn't know that took us several hours inland to Chitzen Itza. It was a fantastic trip and we couldn't be happier that we took it (the guides we're wonderful) but we didn't know them and it was uncomfortable driving with that much cash on hand. I would have much preferred to have it handled (except for the tip) via the resort. Still, the resort seems like a tremendous value as we drank an awful lot of their booze and had a fantastic time. I was able to chat with a number of the staff and they were all incredibly nice and friendly. The beach was nice and the water and view was beautiful.

This resort WILL exceed all your expectations. The grounds and views are breath-taking. The food is exceptionally delicious. The drinks are always well make. The suites will make every other resort uou have stayed at look like a Motel 6. If you stay at this resort, book a beachfront mastee suite. You won't regret it! Last but certainly not least, the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay one you will never forget!

Amazing villas and service. Truly a 5 star resort. Kitchen you would dream for in a home. Down side is that it is out of the way and requires transportation to other places.

Would rate 0 Stars if possible. We are currently staying at Now Jade and wanted to view the hotel grounds for potential visits. It was dark and no one was outside. Before we even got to view the pool a worker rudely approached us saying it was private. I understand the rules, but we where potential buyers. Now Jade is much better, welcomes people from everywhere to visit and be potential buyers. Our room faces this hotel and my wife and I have noticed that there is not much activity at this hotel. Maybe this is why. No one is having fun here. Just from this alone we will never stay here nor will we recommend anyone.

Amazing facilities. Very private and luxurious accommodation. Gives guests the feeling of exclusivity. The property specialist is very helpful and showed us around the entire property including upcoming phases. Beautiful place, would definitely stay in the future.

The staff are over the top amazing. The great food ensures that you roll out of the restaurants. The complimentary animals which are delivered during turndown service bring a smile to your face. I WILL go back here again!

I have never left a review online before this. Just arrived back in Minneapolis after a week stay at the Grand Residence. I don't think the staff could've done anything more to make our vacation more enjoyable, after just a few days being there most of the knew our names. The rooms are amazing. I already want to go back.

We had a great stay, luxurious resort with incredible bath and hot tub on our balcony. On a nice spot on the beach, excellent staff, very peaceful. Definitely not a party spot but if you're after a relaxing place this is the one!
