We stayed here April 2018 and absolutely loved this hotel. It is quaint and in the heart of Cabo in the sense that everything is within walking distance. The restaurants for the all-inclusive were great. Jacks was lots of fun. The Oyster Bar restaurant had great food. The breakfast at the hotel every morning was fantastic. The staff were amazing. I was so incredibly pleasantly surprised at this place. The hotel room itself was wonderful we had a kitchen in our room which we didn't have to use because we were all-inclusive. But if you wanted to do your own thing you could have a nice breakfast in your room and then head out and try the many restaurants in the area. There are a lot of new fancy hotels going up, very modern but if you want an authentic feel this is the place. I would return here in a heartbeat.
The pool was quiet and relaxing it wasn't loud thumping music..pool service very attentive. Staff all-around attentive and helpful.
I would definitely return here.

Room was ok, a little dated. Staff was all good. Property was pretty. Pool was super deep (>6') and made it a little tough to navigate with a fruity beverage. Good location. The food was severely lacking. We stayed 4 days and that was plenty. The all-inclusive all not all inclusivecan't eat here, there or drink this or that. That needs to be fixed. Also it was difficult to figure out if things were gluten free or not (necessity, not preference).

Went with the wrong people but the resort was beautiful. The staff was very attentive and nice. There was confusion on how many rooms we had pre paid for and they were completely booked but somehow they made it work and we got the number of rooms we paid for. The pool was beautiful, the bars were awesome. They even had a sky bar with hot tubs. If I went with the right people, i would have had an outstanding time.

If you have never been to Cabo, stay here because it's right on the marina aka where shops and bars are. If you have been before, I'd stay further down the beach (not around the marina). Speaking of, this is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach, so it kinda sucks if you're trying to take beers n such to the water. Nice pool with a swim up bar. Nice rooms with hot water and good a/c. Only ate once at the hotel for breakfast. It was good food. Relly nice resort totally worth staying in.

Upon arrival to property resort was full.The front desk wanted to send us to another property miles away. The room we did get was near construction because I refused to leave The Marina Fiesta. Time Share Agent offered us deals to view the other property. The Fiesta Marina was the best place to stay if you like a variety of activity and restaurants on the Marina. What made the stay worth while is the staff. They were friendly and helpful.
Jacks Steak House with Jesus Mgr., Andres the Pirate , made us feel at home.

Very good atmosphere and service in this hotel. Great location, just in the Marina and a walking distance to great restaurants and malls. The location gives you the opportunity to walk around all the shops in the town and chat with very friendly people. The rooms are very confortable and spacious, nice amenities and views to the Marina. Very friendly and pleasant!!

Stayed there for 3 nights. Loved the location, very close to the beach as well as to the various things the marina has to offer. All the hotel employees were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, all the staff member we're pleasant and willing to help with anything I need. Great food, drinks and gorgeous scenery. I'm definitely returning in the near future.

BEWARE! Don't make the mistake of purchasing their travel club (aka timeshare). Learn from someone who is already a member. Nothing they have told us is true and we booked a vacation last week and because of Tropical Lydia we had to cancel. They charged us a $100 cancellation fee and won't give us a refund; however, several couples that were going with us were not members, and they were not charged a cancellation fee and they were refunded their money. That is how good they are to their members. Plus, if you are lucky enough to talk to someone, you never get the same story. We have also made reservations in the past (months ahead of time) and when we got there, they didn't have rooms for us.

Location, location, location! This hotel is right next to the marina, the beach is only a few minutes away, and it's right by a bunch of amazing restaurants! The service here is wonderful as well. Everyone at the front desk is courteous and helpful, while the bellboys are all so nice and give some great tips on where to go. The room is really nice, and the kitchenette comes fully stocked with everything you need. I will say that the bathroom floor is a little dirty for my liking, but otherwise I loved everything else. Definitely coming back here next time because it exceeded my expectations and was very affordable!

Found an awesome deal on that 'group' coupon website, so the price was awesome. Friendly staff. Very clean and an excellent view of the pool and marina considering we paid less than $100 a night. Food and beverages were very good as well. Close walk to EVERYTHING.

TERRIBLE!! The manager was so rude and when trying to ask a question about the hotels policy she told us to "get out if you don't like it". Not how a manager of a hotel should treat its guests. I was appalled by the behavior, I would never stay here again. Do not stay here if you plan on having guests at your hotel, even if they are your parents because they wont let you. Very bad policy when you are vacationing! The hotel was not the cleanest but did have a great location. Overall I was pretty disappointed in this hotel and would advise staying elsewhere.

Very central location, all inclusive rates were affordable. I stayed there for a week and I tried all kinds of restaurants, that was really great!
Lots of tour options if you want, just ask hotel reception.
Be careful, though, outside of hotel! Lots of scams and ways to pull some money from you or possible even rob you. So, beware. Hotel is a good source of trusted information for your tour destinations.
So, if you just want to relax all you probably need is the hotel itself, drinks there and a beach walkable distance nearby.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Staff is friendly, but did not give great recommendations and weren't very knowledgeable. The fact that you have to pay an extra $25 for wifi in your room in 2016 is crazy.

Food on the resort is not very good. We did not get the all-inclusive options and were happy with that dicision as all of the meals we did eat on resort were disappointing.

Hotel is fine, but not the luxurious beach getaway we expected.

The downtown strip is close. Night clubs were fun. Packed every night Wednesday-Sunday. Go to mango deck for some fun entertainment, that was just a short ten minute walk from the resort. Overall, I recommend this place. A lot of moths fly around at night. So make sure you always have your patio door closed. Bartender Salomon, Carlos and Abed are fun to be around. Great guys.
