We have stayed here multiple times. Every room we've stayed in had a beautiful view. Very accommodating staff throughout the facility. The food was wonder and very close proximity to a fantastic steak house. The bed and room was conducive to a great night's sleep. We also had an unique opportunity to watch sea turtles get released on the beach at the resort. We will stay here again.

This is my fourth stay at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and I've never been disappointed. The staff is among some of the friendliest I've encountered on my travels going out of their way to make sure your needs are met sometimes even before you know you have them. And the food for an all-inclusive hotel is amazing, not only is it well prepared and tasteful but plated as if your at a Michelin restaurant.
Then there's the amazing views and quiet private beach. If you're looking for a place to do nothing but relax, enjoy great views and food. This is your place.
I highly recommend taking in the spa package at least twice during the week after a great workout in the morning laying in the Sun your body will appreciate it.response / report this review -

A beautiful, very clean and quiet resort. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and caring. Shout out to Gabriel who conducted the sunrise beach yoga, to Fernanda who coordinates the activities and to Antonio who serves poolside. One criticism is that the menus do not vary enough, so options are limited if you stay longer than a week. You do have the option of visiting the sister resorts for some variety.

Great place to relax. All of the staff is very friendly and the all inclusive package is worth the money. They have free shuttles to their other properties, including one that gets you pretty close to the marina. They have pool side drink service and beach access. You can walk miles down the beach without seeing another resort or structure. I will visit again.

Don’t be fooled into paying for the “deluxe ocean view” our view was of a restaurant under construction, if we hung over the balcony and looked to the left we could see part of the ocean. When I asked the front desk about this they said all rooms come with an ocean view. Then why is there an option for a deluxe view for an extra charge?? They did switch us rooms the next night with a legit ocean view. Drinks are good. Food is good but limited choices. Quiet and relaxing time overall.

The sauna, the cold pool, and hot tub are also great to try out if you utilize the spa services. The restaurants require reservations for dinner but that is only to make sure you aren't waiting and you can plan your day and enjoy your vacation. Whatever you order, you will enjoy it. And the portions are great so you can have multiple courses and don't feel stuffed.response / report this review -

The overall experience of this resort was great. Great attention to details of landscaping that meets the eye. The on-site services were very accommodating. The only issue I had was check-in. My husband and I flight was delayed causing our check-in time to be delayed, however the room was paid for in full. When we arrived we waited nearly 2 hours to get a room. After sleeping in the Mexico City Airport for 10 hours the last thing you want to hear is that your room wasn't ready. They tried stalling by suggesting we eat and come back, but even after that we had to wait. Lastly the bathroom shower water ran into the hall, very unacceptable. The staff did come the next morning to clean up the mess and address the sewage issue, but the room smelled like mildew the rest of the trip. Outside of those 2 concerns the resort was peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon.

Hotel is immaculate and quiet. There weren't many guests the first night we stayed. If you like a crowd, Sunset Beach has more people and options. It was great that we had access to both locations (as well as Rose and Blanca downtown).

We had high expectations as the resort received very positive reviews on a number of travel websites and listed as one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. The negative experience started right when we arrived. Check-in took forever, and it was already late. We were sent to our room where the air condition hadn't been on so it was incredibly hot. We turned on the ceiling fan while the air conditioning started to circulate the air, and the fan was so loud we had to call to have someone come fix it. Meanwhile, we realized the TV didn't work and there was no promised WiFi in the room. After about an hour, we also realized the room wasn't cooling off, so we called the front desk and they said they would send someone. That didn't happen, so we finally just went down to the front desk to ask for another room. By this time it was almost midnight. The woman working at the front desk acted like we were being ridiculous when we asked if we could just have another room. She never apologized for all the trouble or really said anything. She just goes at the computer a while and then told us to take the room next door. We woke up the next day hoping for a better experience, but found that one of the restaurants featured in the website was actually closed and the "deli" they boast was also not serving anything so you basically had one place for breakfast. The WiFi still didn't work, and it never worked in our room the entire time we were there. There was also construction going on everywhere so we were sitting by the pool listening to tile cutters and table saws all day. Maybe we picked a bad time, but other than the one bartender, Ivan, there was really not a lot of positive things to say about this place.

We went for our honeymoon and it was the best bang for your buck vacation and location I could have imagined. The most quiet and peaceful of the Pueblo Bonito trio, I would recommend this place to anyone! It's smaller, away from the city, and has the best food! The all inclusive is the way to go! The Baja restaurant was AMAZING (and included!) I plan to come back.

The resort is clean and very well maintained. The servers and staff are all extremely nice. Very relaxing by the pools especially because it is adult only. The hotel is luxurious. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. My only few issues are 1) we're a group of 3 girls that look younger than we are and we seem to get poorer service here than the older adults. 2) the time share ladies are annoying and rude AF. We were going to do a presentation for a spa gift card and had to put $20 down. So we did. Then realized our schedule won't accommodate that. Then the lady wouldn't give us our money back.

Amazing experience. I visited for 7 days and the staff, rooms, and food is amazing. The all inclusive experience really takes the worries away as you can order anything you want care free. Only thing to know is the time share people really try to shove their merchandise down your throat. If you're willing to be firm though they will back off quickly and look for easier prey. The hotel provided free transportation to any of their sister resorts which was an added bonus. 10/10

We planned to be at this hotel for my birthday. However, once arriving to the resort after a long day of travel we were informed that our reservation was cancelled (even though we confirmed it the night before) and they would not be able to accommodate us. They offered no other explanation or help beyond that. Thank goodness we were able to find a room at The Marquis, which was beyond amazing. Oh the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica offered to let us take their shuttle to The Marquis after they cancelled our reservation and then charged us $40 for it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone if they want to feel confident about having a room when they arrive in a foreign country!

My wife and I are in our mid/late twenties and had a fantastic Experience! From as soon as we arrived, our favorite host Alexis was there to great us with a couple of cervezas! Alexis was very helpful in aiding us with a few discrepancies with the room we booked, as well as a smooth checkout process. The guy offered to pull up the NFL game on his phone while we waited for our shuttle home! Great service. Kevin at the front desk was also very courteous, as was Ronaldo at dinner. The Bartenders down by the beach / newer restaurant were helpful and quick to make a good drink. Rooms were always clean and comfortable, nice views. Very well kept gardens on grounds. You can't swim in the ocean, but the pools are big and clean. It doesn't take much away from the experience , plus it leaves the beach virtually empty for a nice stroll. Also didn't realize how much my wife and I would appreciate not having kids at the resort. That was nice.

From the time we got to the front door until now has been incredible. The service is outstanding, the people are great and honestly seen to enjoy their jobs. The view is beautiful as well as the grounds. Facilities are also well kept. This is our second day of 6 and already very impressed. Would like to add that the food is really good. Normally room service is mediocre at best but honestly quite impressed with the taste, promptness, quality and professionalism put forth by the staff. Definitely recommended. Will update if things change but in all honesty I can't see it going anywhere but up from here.
