The Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Resort was beautiful in every way. The landscaping was flawless, staff were polite and very helpful and the food was delicious. I loved the area of this resort and the unique amenities it offered like the fire pit lounging area by the beach (wonderful at night). I'd recommend this resort to anyone thinking about going to Cabo. To top it all off, my beautiful friend joined me on this trip and made my views even that much better !

The most excellent, stunning, beautiful resort I’ve ever been to. Everything about this was perfect. Views, pools, staff, beach, food, the grounds I could go on and on about how fantastic everything was. I will definitely recommend this resort to everyone I know and hopefully I will be back soon.

Never had so many administrative errors and unauthorized transactions from a hotel before. Disappointing to say the least and made me not trust the front desk. As an appeasement for all the issues, the front desk offered a discount for dinner, which was not applied and disputed by the restaurant staff.

If you decide to stay here, revirew all statements in detail. For example, I prepaid for our stay but still had additional night stay on my checkout statement. I feel uneasy that they have my credit card on file given their untrustworthy behavior.

All in all, I spent about 2.5 hours dealing with the front desk during vacation. This may not be common for most people, but was frustrating and worth mentioning here.

It's the highest quality resort we've stayed in. The rooms are outstanding and spacious. The grounds are mostly impeccable native gardens. The service is first rate and the employees are kind and attentive.

Cannot say enough good things about this resort. From Cindy and our conference room experience, to Irma with all her help with our group activities all the way to our servers at dinner and breakfast who made me feel special every day calling me by name and bringing me gluten free items. The rooms were beautiful, the infinity pool was gorgeous and Market night had some of the best food ever - especially the views!! Our group had the time of our lives and will never forget our time in Cabo because of the staff at the Sheraton- thank you!!!!!

Last year I rated this place a 5 Star. It was an outstanding trip.
This time, not so much. The servers by the pool, where we spent much of our time, and money, were not attentive at all. Every time I wanted a drink I had to walk up to the bar and ask someone. Then that person had to go find the original server and send him over. I am only guessing that now that they have switched over to "all inclusive", which we were not doing, they have become less attentive.
I am giving a 3 Star because Laura, who was our pool server last year, did an outstanding 5 star job the first day. Hugo, on the second day, did a fair job and gets 3 stars. The older guy on day 3 gets a 1 Star. He was terrible and clearly didn't want to be there.
So the 4th day we decided that if we were going to buy over priced drinks we would at least go somewhere that we were appreciated Into town.
We have already booked this same trip next November, against my will. Let's just hope service is better because the 2019 trip to Cabo is still up in the air.

The hotel and area are very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A couple of things kept this from being a 5-star stay. #1 Right when we arrived we we're greated by a helpful gentleman talking about the hotel and amenities. That was nice but then it led directly into a pitch for time shares. It wasn't a super aggressive pitch like those at the airport but it was definitely off-putting. #2 We purchased the all inclusive package that included all meals and drinks. Other than where our package allowed us to eat and drink there was very little direction about how the all inclusive package worked. And since there are some guests that are not all inclusive, I don't think the staff wasn't provided much direction either. All in all it was a lovely stay and if you're going to be staying in the Cabo area, I'd recommend this hotel.

T think this hotel is the best Sheraton I've been to. The ressort is beautiful, with its neat gardens full of flowers, nice lagoon pools and great beach (altough not for swimming). What makes the place special is their great friendly staff.

Thanks especially to Angelina and Veracruz, they have been amazing and went beyond and above to make our stay great.

Some of the furnishings are a bit dated and smaller renovations should be done, but beside that the Sheraton is absolutely charming and you never have the feeling of being in such a big hotel.

You either need a rental car or you have to get the expensive taxis for geeting to Cabo San Lucas. The hotel does not operate a shuttle.

This is a beautiful resort located on the Sea of Cortez and just a few miles from Cabo San Lucas. The resort has several dining options, several swimming pools and a beautiful beach. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We went there for a timeshare presentation. While the tour and location was great,they were really aggressive in their sales pitch when we informed them we couldn't pay. We had to go through at least 15 "No"s and three hours before we could leave.

Wonderful grounds. More like a college campus. Instead of 10 story buildings, there were groupings of different buildings. They were spread out, so wonderful walking. Great service.

It is a gorgeous resort!! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are well kept and clean. Prices are a bit high as well as taxi services to and from the city/airport. I would recommend renting a car. For your stay. The food is also really good, but again a little pricy compared tp.other places in Mexico I have vacationed. Over all a great place to relax.

In one word, perfect!! It's a little further from downtown than all other hotels but it's MUCH nicer and quieter, still within 10-15 min driving distance. Service is phenomenal, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and equipped. Showers have great water pressure, jet tub, the bed is on the firmer side. Amenities are great, the infinity pool is temperature regulated, desert landscape and gardens are beautiful and welcoming! It's a beach front property with a private beach. The food is great. If it wasn't because this is my first time in Cabos and I have to experience all the action, I wouldn't have left my hotel! Perfect place for an escape, definitely coming back. There is not one negative thing I can say about this hotel except perhaps that its pricey but it's worth every penny!
