One of the most beautiful and elegant resorts in Cabo San Lucas. The view of the ocean is breath taking. The restaurants are nice with good food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Spacious with several options for adult only areas. It used to be more exclusive when it opened. Now they have promotions that make the place more affordable to all families.

Girls trip we stayed from Thursday 3/8 thru Monday 3/12. Had 1 bedroom, with sofa bed and what we called the Harry Potter cupboard. Quiet for sleeping. Infinity pool was excellent as we spent all our time there. Stretching class was great on the beach. Staff was excellent, liked the 2x1 specials and happy hour. Pool food good. Ate at one of restaurants, was the one on street. Decent. Prices could be better on drinks to keep people there if they didn't do all inclusive. Was overall enjoyable. The steep walking was a little hard on my knee. Will be back

Just came back from a FABULOUS 5 day stay. What can I say. Everything was wonderful. Special mention for Jesus on 2-10 shift at the front desk Very helpful. U shaped resort facing HUGE multi-pool and jacuzzi area. Short walk to the beach. Try to get an Ocean facing room. The buildings are well maintained and my room was large. Master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. WOW! The gym had high end equipment but there was a charge for it. That's why I gave 4 stars. The town is easy walking distance with so many restaurants. Very centrally located, and with Waze, I felt very comfortable with my car rental.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Pros & Cons. Pros: Super friendly staff, safe environment, it's beautiful, it always smells SO GOOD, when you 1st walk into the lobby the atmosphere is incredible, the room was very spacious, and the view was to die for. Our room came with 2 balconies that over look the beach and all the outside restaurant and pool area. It also had a nice fluffy bed , a pull out bed for guest, 2 full restrooms, and full kitchen, with stove, every dish that you would have in your house. Full size fridge, dining table, couch, 2 TV's.
Cons: If your not all inclusive, it's $11 a day to use the gym, $13 a day to use the WiFi or $50per your stay, we got a surprise when we are at the buffet by the pool for 2people it was 22 per person; add 2 bottle waters for 7.50 a piece it came out to be $70 u.s. Other than that I would definitely go back!!! A1+++++👍👍

Great room and maid service. Beautiful pool and room views. Nice shop downstairs. Nice and super helpful staff. Amazing pools too. The location is very good. Close to nice spots you can walk too. Walking there too is great at night it provides a lot of fun.

The food was good and well priced. The greatest strength of this resort is the staff. Everyone from the gentlemen that provided service at the curb, desk clerks, servers, pool attendants, and housekeeping staff always went above and beyond. We would especially like to compliment our server, Jose, at the Fiesta and Beach nights; our housekeeper, Lucia; and managers Ana and Omar. Your kindness, time, and attention to detail were all greatly appreciated. Our group of six ladies (ranging in age from 40's - 60's) would highly recommend this resort to all ages including families!

Not if you're looking for peace and quiet during the day. As of October 26, ongoing construction. Someone working here told me construction started last August. I understand making improvements, but fully disclose on your website and offer discounted rooms during this time, so folks can decide if it's worth it before arriving. I will post a video of the construction.
There are events at the pool throughout the day where an MC yells excitedly on a microphone. No matter where you are on the resort (furthest building away from pool, with door closed), you can hear the microphone and music. I asked for a room in quieter location and was told that I was in the most quiet location.
I'm giving it 2 stars because the room is comfortable and well equipped. After construction is complete, if you're looking for a high energy party vibe during the day only, this could be great option. Everything shuts down at 10pm.

The elevators seldom worked. The water stopped running on two separate occasions. There were almost never any towels at the pool. When there were towels, they reeked of mildew. The poolside bar at the ridge was out of commission throughout our stay. Neither gym nor wifi is included with your room. Breakfast was mediocre and took forever. The whole place seemed understaffed. I have been to Cabo several times, and this is (by far) the worst experience I have had. Choose Cabo Azul or El Pedregal instead.

Everything I'd expect a resort to offer. Never been to one. It ensures guests safety, whether its through dining and food safety all the way to advice with the local culture, if you decide to venture outside of the resort. All excursions outside will be arranged for you, and if necessary, a driver will be at the front door to take you to and from your drstination.The staff is extremely eager to assist with anything, helpful, well versed in English (as it's not their local language), and show no signs or alternative emotions other than genuine happiness and gratefulness, they love their job.

Be careful of this place! They add charges to your bill without your acknowledgement. Also their pool swim up bar blender has flies inside it and I had to hassle the guy to wash the blender. The beach is also on the side of the pacific so you are not able to swim in the ocean. You have to take a $10 taxi to get to a swimmable beach or boat. Everything here is designed to take as much additional $$ out of your pocket as possible. Also if you are planning on going to Cabo bring USD

Great place to have a relaxing, worry free vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to learn there was a doctor on site (came in handy). Staff goes above and beyond to make guests happy.

A wonderful experience! Great prices for the room considering the amazing view and impeccable beauty of the resort! Have not experienced the "all-inclusive" as of yet. My husband and I plan on it when we are able to leave the kids behind. More affordable then. Staff is always friendly and accommodating! The grounds are always meticulously well groomed! Wished the non-members had the same access to the Themed nights and amenities such as the putt-putt as the Time Share Members did. I was told by the Reservation Rep that we did, just not the food/drinks part. But when we got there, was told that it costed $10pp per day for access to the gym and putt putt and unless we bought the "daily all inclusive plan", we couldn't participate in the Themed Nights. We were all pretty bummed about that. That would be my only complaint.

This is a lovely resort. The waves on the Pacific side are very audible. We had a room right on the ocean, and every room has a balcony. We napped our first day here with the balcony open just enjoying the breeze and the sound. There are grocery stores down the street if you don't do an all inclusive, and the locals are nice. If you don't mind sitting through a 3hr shpeel about buying a time share, you can get a very steep discount on activities, as well!

Although the beach is not swimmable, the pounding surf is amazing. Leave your balcony door open at night. Everything is pretty expensive, even at the convenience store. Go across the street to oxxo or a supermarket in town for groceries.
This is my second time here, probably will try somewhere else next time.
Also Cabo is no longer the sleepy fishing village I fell in love with in the early 90s.

Was upgraded to The Ridge Club section at Playa Grande, the portion of the resort exclusive to Timeshare owners. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hats off to Blanca, our server, for providing us exceptional service while we were at the pool or having a meal.

Our rooms were facing the Marina and it was an easy walk to and from downtown. Would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas in the near future, you will not be disappointed! It isn't rated AAA 4 diamond for nothing!

We enjoyed our week at this resort. Playa Grande is a much more energetic and noisy resort when compared to their sister resorts of Solmar and Grand Solmar. They had daily events and activities near the pool.
If you are okay with more of a party atmosphere this will be a great choice! If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax this might not be your best choice.
The room we stayed in was a good size and very clean. No complaints on any interaction with the staff!

This resort was very very nice, it had a beautiful view of the Ocean, nice pools, and restaurants were very good. One of the pools was under construction (damage from a hurricane) while we were there so it kind of took away from the ambiance. But there wasn't much they could do about mother nature. The rooms were very spacious, with full kitchens, big comfy beds, and big balcony with a view, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning! Would definitely go back to his resort!!!!
