We own a time share here and LOVE it! Beautiful ocean views from every single room, nice clean grounds, the food is AMAZING, but NOT the room service lol. Go to the sports bar and eat. You will thank me.

Also, it is not a scam they do try to talk you into going to the time share meeting, just simply say no and leave it at that. We have bought all excursions through our time share and have never had issues. Don't buy excursions from anyone outside of the resort.

Also, the marina is only a few minute walk down the hill, so just walk and take a water taxi for 10.00 to the beach to swim

The most beautiful resort on the peninsula. Unfortunately like most of the beaches on the pacific side,you can not swim in the water. I found out that most people who stay here walk in to town but mainly stay around the many beautiful pools and eat and drink all day. Excellent service but beware of the timeshare pitch. Unless your serious about buying in, I would skip the free breakfast.

They always do what they can to help make your experience the best it can be. The rooms are well appointed, the resort has several pools, great food and drink options and lots of selection from gormet to simple snacks. Amazing views of the beautiful, clear ocean from all rooms, pools, and dining locations. Excellent security at this resort makes everyone feel safe and relaxed.

First class resort accommodations. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean. Multiple spacious pools and hot tubs. Poolside bars and waiters. On-site sports bar, restaurant. Very reasonably priced on-site convenience store and gift shop. Very nice staff. Walking distance to shopping, activities and night life.

The Grand Solmar is pure excellence. It is on the higher end, but this is a luxury resort. I've tried 4 of the restaurants here and they were all excellent. The breakfast buffet was just fantastic.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. It is genuinely beautiful. The location is excellent, more secluded and peaceful compared to other resorts. The attention to detail is evident throughout the resort. If you book at this resort, you will not regret it! We'll be back!

The facility was nice. It is a beach front properties with the beautiful rock formation behind the facility. We were very very disappointed w the foods. For a 5 stars place as they presented themselves, the food is 1 star at best.

My stay here was just overall just short of mere perfect. The food (especially the nachos) were just great! They give you a lot of drinks for your bucks, the rooms sand service is just fantastic. Stayed in a Penthouse suite and just loved every bit about it. If I had anything to say about this place, it would be that the food can get pretty pricy, after 5 days of being here we noticed our balance was over $1467 USD for 6 people. But overall, we did have a lot of drinks, and a lot of fun. You pay for what you get here.

Thus place is the best! The whole rest is beautiful! The rooms were really nice and with a lot of space. We spend some time there for our anniversary and we loved it. We would definitely recommend it and next year we will bring our kids! The pools and spaces are very kids friendly!

Great location. Great service. Gorgeous view. Updated hotel. Sub par food. And drinks.
They have the most amazing spot to eat sushi. Too bad sushi has no flavor and barely noticeable fish. Same experience with the tacos at the bar. It seems they prefer to make money than a good impression with their dining experiences. Drinks lack alcohol and taste. Bummer.

This place was awesome! You never have to leave the resort, but they make it very easy to explore Cabo. The friendly staff speaks English, but they'll help you practice a little Spanish, too. Lots of pools to choose from and they'll bring the food and drinks right to your lounge chair. Extraordinary convenience.

First class resort. Excellent service and amenities. Easy walk into shops and restaurants of town by cutting through the harbor front. However many high quality restaurants on site. Views are spectacular with whale season and breaching whales directly off shore while sitting in the pools.

This is an absolutely wonderful resort. I would say everything about it is easily a 10 out of 10! The rooms, views, food, drinks, and staff are all wonderful. Its a great place to come to and relax and you have plenty of options for food and entertainment. Now that the resort is done you have access to a sports bar, sushi lounge, a few restaurants, and some pool-side and swim-up food and drink locations. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this resort!

We did not stay at this resort, but attended a wedding here in September 2016. The resort was gorgeous, it was like a scene from a movie where the wedding ceremony was held. The waves crashing on the rocks right in front of us while they got married! The infinity pool looked inviting and the bar and restaurants were very upscale. There were not many people at the resort when we were there so it was very secluded, would have been nice to be alone if we were staying there!
