Fantastic resort! We did the all-inclusive for 5 nights. Our room was not huge but very nice and had an excellent view. The food was awesome, service was great. The location is perfect; big waves crashing on rocks in some areas and calmer waters in other areas allowed for snorkelingwhich was super cool. No complaints whatsoever. Absolutely wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back to the Grand Fiesta Americana!

I booked this through Hilton's timeshare site. They said it was a Hilton property, but it isn't. It is an RCI property at best. Our room was good, decent size, but two twins instead of a king. They dindt say that when I booked the room. The room was clean and well equipped. The only downside was that it was a 15 minute walk from the resort. That was BS. They offered a golf cart service, but it sometimes took longer than the walk. Their are a ton of kids at this resort. I was pretty sure the Hilton website said 18 and older only. Still have to check that. The food and service is really good. I would say a 4 out of 5.

Very clean resort. The golf and the spa are NOT all-inclusive. Room service was included, but the food selection was not amazing on that menu. We came here for our honeymoon and they messed up our room and gave us a double bed, and they did not try to fix it. That was one of my only complaints. The food was pretty good, but it got old after being there for a few days. When we went, there were not many kids and not many activities for kids. It's more of an older crowd vibe. Staff were very friendly.

Absolutely love this resort. The food is amazing the people are Amazing And it is in close proximity to downtown. You can rent a car right on the property and the drive is about 15 to 20 minutes. It's cheaper than taking a cab. The hotel now has a club so you can party there if you chose, but the clubs downtown are popping, we went to Squid row and 2 other places they are all on the same strip you can club hop. We went 2 years in a row and stayed here both times.

Excellent resort! The staff is outstanding, Very friendly and cater to your every need. The resort is always clean up to its 5 star standard.

We notice some comments mentioning the food could be better. We found this to be false. We have traveled to many “5 star” resorts in Mexico and this would be in the top for food quality. We ate at each restaurant and couldn’t find anything to complain about. Room service was always on time and delicious.

The views are beautiful, front desk is spectacular at helping arrange trips off the resort.

Once again the staff helped make this one awesome trip! Highly recommend and would return again.

This is an amazing 5 star resort. Mere text and a few pictures cannot capture the beauty and grandeur of this place. A beautiful seaside resort with multiple pools, swim up bar, water volleyball, seven or eight five star restaurants and .. and Well you get the idea.

Wow what a trip! The Grand Fiesta Americana is a fabulous all inclusive not too far from the pier and beach. They have a lagoon where you can snorkel and find crabs. The sand is all coral and extremely rough on the feet so bring some water shoes. The food was fabulous. We brought our 2 year old and found the resort not exactly kid friendly. There where no kid options at the restaurants and the resort itself wasn't extremely kid friendly. Overall though it was a wonderful resort and i highly recommend it.

Nice enough to look at, but under the beauty lie many things that take away from the enjoyment of the vacation. To list a few, here are some initial observations after less than 24 hours. The resort is certainly off the main trail and is nowhere near the golf resort. In fact, it's built entirely on a mountainside in a series of tiered buildings. There are no roads to any of the buildings, which are accessed only by the golf carts which must be driven by the staff. Our building was on the second of four tiers and required us to walk at least a half-kilometer of very steep trails and stairs to get to the beachside lounge for a drink. If older or in relatively poor health, you must call a cart driver to take you to any other location on the resort (I'm not exaggerating). After two drinks at the lounge bar, we found that walking back to our building was too much, so waved down a cart, which of course you must tip each time they drive you somewhere. There is no self-parking, only Valet, so you must tip each time you want your car, even if you only want to get something out of the car, they have to bring it up. More review will follow in the coming days, I'm sure.

Nice enough place but a whole list of things we didn't like from the beginning. The entire resort is built on a rocky steep mountainside and there are no roads for a car to anyplace on the resort. One must call for a driver and golf cart. Parking is all valet, so a tip must be laid out each time you need your car. There is no swimming in the ocean because of riptide and rocks. We got issued a room on one of the upper tiers of buildings and the walking trails to the beach lounge are extremely steep, so after recent medical work, just to leave the building to see the rest of the resort required a golf cart and driver who again, must be tipped. And more, but I think you get it.

Grand Fiesta Americana is definitely a GREAT resort with all inclusive! We had to switch resorts and we’re very pleased with our switch to here. At breakfast we were well taken care of by Roberto and Javier every morning! Must sit at their section when you come! At the pool Israel was our guy and he was awesome and so sweet! He made sure our drinks were filled and made sure we were okay. The staff overall are great but those three men were outstanding! Thank y’all so much. We were well relaxed and look forward to coming back again!

Service was fantastic. Enjoyed every minute of our trip. Oscar and Paul in the Vina Del Mar restaurant took great care of us. Edgar Alvarez and his buddies Sergio, Fausto, and Bares at the pool bar were awesome.
Like I said, we felt like royalty. Loved our vacation.

Great staff. Very friendly all around. Food at certain restaurants can take a little long but it's probably because I was part of a larger group. Definitely family friendly and well maintained. A little far from the downtown area but they provide great taxi and shuttle service. Overall I would recommend anyone to come visit. Word of advice, keep on the lookout for vacation deals. This place can be a little pricey but well worth it.

Highly recommend!! This resort is fantastic with beautiful views, top of the line pools, and the ocean really close by. They had an event every night and they also had a campfire which also had entertainment. At the pool, they played music and they also had fun activities. I would recommend getting all inclusive because it was easier and it adds to the vacations relaxing vibes. The drinks were excellent, and the food was mostly good. The service is what made this resort! This resort had very good service and they were very friendly.

The views were wonderful. However, the staff wasn't very accommodating or attentive. If they brushed up on the importance of customer service, I think this resort would be top-notch.

We came here for our friend's wedding. I snagged a Junior Suite for about the same price as a normal room from Chase Rewards (thank you Chase). The draw back of the Junior Suite is that it's about a 7-8 minute walk from the lobby and it's uphill but we needed to walk off the calories except when over intoxicated.

The room was nice and had a great view. 2 or 3 switches did not turn on the lights so maybe it was a bad bulb. Hot water takes about a minute to arrive but stays hot. The lighting at the double sinks need to be much brighter please. There was only beer in our fridge compared to Cancun where they have liquors too.

The resort food could have been better. 2 restaurants had real long wait times (over 30 minutes) just to be seated with reservations.

Overall we had an amazing time due to being around friends. Service from the staff is between a 3.5 - 4.5 stars.

Standard all inclusive Cabo resort. PROS: live music nightly at fire pit. Plenty of pools to be in or out of the crowd as you choose. Plenty of restaurants. Beautiful views from the cliff top villas. CONS: frequent sewage smell permeates areas of the resort. Not all food/drink is included in the AI. Pool bars are on a strict schedule for open and close. Food is quite variable from one restaurant to anothersome goodsome just ok.
