My wedding at Dreams Los Cabos was perfection. From the check in to check out our entire group of 38 people were very impressed. The food was top notch I had no complaints at all. All of the restaurants are amazing. The wedding coordinator (Minerva) was fantastic. She kept me calm the day of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Planning from a distance is stressful but she was very prompt to reply to all emails and sent pictures to show me examples. I brought some of my own decorations and they set them up so beautifully. The photographer the resort uses was also fantastic (Daniela). I had my hair and makeup done at the spa in the resort. I had a trial hair and makeup appointment to make sure everything would look right and it was better than I imagined. The rooms were very clean and they came back to clean the rooms many times a day if you were in the room when they wanted to clean it. The club was fun and they played good music. The bartenders put on a good show and the drinks are as strong as you wish!
Absolutely recommend this resort.
The beach is not swimmable but it is still beautiful and the pools are warm and very clean.

Wonderful vacation spot. The location is gorgeous and the property is beautiful. There are various businesses selling services in the lobby (car rental, excursions, spa services), make sure you verify who you are buying from if you only want to buy from the resort. Food was great, but lines can be long for dinner so plan dinner at off times if able. We had such a great time. The staff is attentive, friendly and polite.

The facility and staff were fantastic. I was surprised to find out you cannot swim on the beach because of the strong current, however the pool was very nice and you can still lay on the sand near the waves. The food at the sit-down restaurants was hit or miss but the buffet in the World Cafe was delicious every time. If you want the quietest rooms, book 1 towards the adults-only pool because the kids get up at 8 a.m. and hit the main pool right away in the morning.

The Dreams Los Cabos was amazing! We were scheduled to go to the DR and this was a last minute reservation due to the hurricanes. When we arrived at the resort the service was top notch! They had cold water and damp eucalyptus towels to stay cool and waited on us had and foot! Without a doubt the Dreams Los Cabos has the best food out of ANY all-inclusive resort! We had a party of 7 with ages (80, 45, 45,18,16,11 and 9) and had three rooms and the staff was very accommodating and could not have felt safer on the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious. This is a great resort and would highly recommend to any family with kids! We will be back!

The resort was very nice clean and rather small (which for me was a good thing). The weather in February is a bit cold at night but very warm during the day. Good was somewhere in between. I had some good deals and bad meals but the staff were always very helpful. The pools and beach were very nice although you can't go swimming in the ocean for to rip currents. I plan on going back!

I have been here since Monday. Upon arrival my room was upgraded to a suite! Nothing but the best treatment! Oscar is the best host! Everyday ensures I'm having a good time! maxing food and drinks. Service here is amazing fast and polite staff! Resort is so clean and immaculate! Totally recommend it!

We were upgraded to this resort due to weather issues. On first arrival we were blown away the resort itself was beautiful! The first day the staff was incredible. our first night of meals were perfect but that's where it stopped.

Later through the week we had plenty of problems. We got the honeymoon package and we set up all the activities that it came with and they failed to pull through with any of them. We sat at a restaurant one night and received no service so after 30 minutes we left. Getting them to fill the mini fridge was like pulling teeth even though it was included.

Contsntly harrased on the beach by people selling trinkets.

I could go on but I've came to the conclusion that I won't be staying here ever again.

Great resort with amazingly friendly staff! Shout out to Hector for great beach service!!!! You never really notice the lack of ocean swimming (undercurrent is too strong) due to the great breeze off the ocean and multiple pools. It's pretty amazing to fall asleep to the waves reverberating through the wind! Definitely recommend!!!

Food is not very good. Everyone was getting sick and no one from the resort seemed to really care. Drinks are all questionable. Likely not real brand alcohol. Not really much to do. Beach is dangerous to get too close to the water. Rooms are nice and bed are comfortable. Pools seemed clean.

This was a last minute decision for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased! The service and food were amazing! It was especially nice that you could eat at any restaurant without making a reservation. The only thing we were not aware of is that there aren't as many swimmable beaches in Cabo, so unfortunately you can't swim right at the resort. But the beach is still great to hang out at, and the pools are great. So I highly recommend going here if you have the opportunity!

For our first time doing an all inclusive resort, we had a great experience! The workers were so welcoming and humble. From Luis, Elias and the rest in the front were always smiling and so helpful. Beatriz and Yolanda our concierge called to confirm our events and helped with our activities. Carlos at the front desk remember our names and was so nice. At the bar Sarai, Armando, and Alan made us great drinks and were very kind people. Having the hotel next to the beach and eating breakfast outside by the buffet was very relaxing. Overall very clean and good food. We will definitely be back!

Dreams Resort was beautiful and absolutely luxurious. The rooms were big, gorgeous, and clean. Our room was located on the bottom floor, which was nice because our patio from the back door led out to the pool without having to walk all throughout the resort. The pool was exquisite, just like the entire property. We loved the in-pool bar, and the all inclusive feature. The restaurants in the resort were very delicious, along with the breakfast. If you want somewhere nice to stay in Cabo San Lucas, this would definitely be the place. Gorgeous for weddings too, as we saw one take place on the beach.

This hotel was amazing. We will be returning shortly with our family, as there is so much for them to do there. Staff is top notch, and Miguel Paz, the executive chef makes the best shrimp that any of us have ever eaten.I mean yummy! We also had a dinner fit for kings at the Portofino restaurant. Andwhale watching season. You can see them from the hotel from time to time! Entertainment is fun and lively! DO NOT MISS MEXICAN NIGHT!!!
Thank you everyone at Dreams! We have been to many all inclusive resorts and this one is definitely at the top of our list!!!

Positive : The resort is beautiful and the staff is nice. Great view on the beach (but can't swim because of the strong waves).

Negative : The food & drinks are low quality, huge deception here. I feel like I really didn't have value for my money. Also, when they organize weddings, the music can get really loud so we couldn't put our baby to sleep until 10:30 for 2 nights during our 7 nights stay. Not an ideal place for families, wouldn't recommend.

All in all, I was expecting more for the price I paid and will not return.
