Just got back from here yesterday. I picked this place after reading so many positive reviews, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The place is very dated and our room was dark. You would have no idea you were somewhere sunny. The room had 2 windows that are made up of bamboo with just a screen over it. This allowed for mosquitos to get in to our room. The pools we're nice, but they only have 2 very small hot tubs which are more warm than hot. The restaurant was just okay. We ate there 3 times and my meals were average. The service was good.
On the plus side, the location is close to everything and the beach is beautiful.response / report this review -

My wife and I have been spending time at Club Cascadas for over 23 years and it is our favorite place to vacation. We've made many wonderful people over the years, many of whom have become life long friends. Cascadas is the antithesis of what most folks think about timeshare.

Best place in cabo!! My only complaint is that the locals party in the empty lot next door, and it is very loud especially around midnight. Besides that, this place is awesome!! They have great food, the rooms are awesome, and the views are spectacular!!

An amazing piece of paradise. Very unique natural architecture with a small community feel. All the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

This place is awesome. Very simple without TVs in the rooms but very beautiful and warm. Resembles a fishing village and the food is great. A good disconnect from technology. Will definitely return!!

We went to visit friends staying there. Nice place, older decor and with a 70s vibe. The restaurant for food and drinks was pretty good. I'm not a fan of hearing the city party-side of the city, but if you like the night life this is a great place close to the action.

Amazing little-known piece of Mexican ambiance. To make it even betterit is right on the best beach in Cabo. Andthey make the best mohitos in the world. And, i have had mohitos all over the world.

This place is a hidden gem. You are far enough but also close enough. The people are great. Everyone is here for a good time. This IS Cabo.

Each room is in a small Building, no elevators and long hallways. This place has a private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Walk right out and swim on the beach. Also has a restaurant on the beach. Never crowded. No long lines.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around
It is the most quaint and beautiful place to stay in Cabo San Lucas Mexico bar none. Not at all like the massive hotel like setting but more like individual casitas with very personal family like attention. FIVE STARS!!response / report this review -

To Experience Club Cascadas is as close to Heaven as one can get. The peaceful atmosphere and caring of the staff is what makes Cascadas so special. We come twice a year and are welcomed "Home" by those who have become Family.Viva Cascadas and Gracias💖

Rooms, food, drinks, pools and service have all been amazing! I have been to all inclusives and despite this not being one, I would prefer to come back here on my next holiday

95% of the time it is a very peaceful place, love the individual living spaces, it feels like you have your own space. Nothing like a hotel. We come 2 to 3 time a year and never disappointed.
Most of the staff has been here 10 years plus. Very friendly, very happy. There are many places to visit in Cabo, we hardly leave the resort no need also No TVs or phones in rooms as this forces you to relax. Tvs are available in club house.
I love come the same weeks every year as I like seeing the same people enjoying every year.response / report this review
