Reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean, with basic amenities. Breakfast was included and was as good as most lower cost hotels. Location was not good if you want to visit the beaches and resort areas. Taxis are your only option. Very few restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Good value for a budget traveler.

New hotel mostly for business travelers. Avoid if traveling for leisure as there are better options in downtown. The staff was incredibly helpful. But the place lacks amenities.

It's a very nice accommodation for a night on the move, you have the same standards as Ibis hotel. But cheaper. The breakfast has particularly room for improvement.

The hotel rooms are small and simple. There are no safes or tubs. We had a double bed. We booked through Expedia and yet somehow our reservation was messed up. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned properly so we were then given a different room. The morning breakfast buffet is pretty decent and runs from 7 to 11. Despite what Expedia said they only take pesos as cash (no USD), but they will take credit cards with no surcharge.

So I stayed at a very nice place and paid $$$ then we decided to stay one more night and rented a room here. I gotta admit, it was better than the expensive one. Room was very clean. It was small but it has what you need. Breakfast included which is not bad at all. And great wifi service. Now I know better.

I enjoyed my stay here! It's close to the gym (Crossfit Revolver) which is about a 5 min walk away and is also neighbouring beside a hospital just in case of anything. The breakfast is the most enjoyable part for me although I also like the pool! The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. All the amenities and service we received, we could not ask for more. The staff are very friendly and courteous. When I come back to Cancun again, I know where to stay!

It was clean, very helpful staff. They offer hot breakfast that was really good. They also have tea and water for free. I was able to fill my water bottle when I went out.

We stayed for two nights and overall the hotel is very nice. The room is a little small and the bathroom a little cramped but everything is modern and looks very nice. Bed was comfy and the shower and AC were great. For some reason our room card stopped working twice but the staff were friendly and quick to fix it. Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms are quite small and basic but clean and comfortable. Decent sized pool. The included breakfast is amazing. Free laundry on the second floor. Only downsides are walls a bit thin and no fridge in the room, but buckets and ice machine available in the lobby.

It's a pretty good hotel. it isn't amazing just good for the price. Comfortable room and has a great breakfast. It has it's own lil tour brochures of the area and a decent sized pool.

Decent rooms for the price. Good breakfast and the pool is nice but the walls are way too thin. I was kept awake most of the night for most of my stay by someone snoring in the room next to me. You can hear every step in the rooms above as well. I'd only stay here again if i was guaranteed the top floor in an end room. Only thing that saved it was the friendly and accommodating staff but they can't fix cheap construction.
Tldr: only stay here if noise doesn't bother you when getting to sleepresponse / report this review -

friendly staff, reasonably clean communal areas, strong wifi signal in room, 2 lifts, don't expect too much for the free breakfast, just enough to start your day. small ish room, queen bed is double bed in european standards. no wardrobe to save space in the room. only issue is the very dusty aircon vent causing the mouldy smell if you turn on the airconditioning unit. you'll get immune to the smell eventually. i have made this known to the management so hopefully will be addressed for the next customers. for the season, reasonable price paid.

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, breakfast included. Accommodated late check in and early check out. Even had a vehicle available for airport transportation at 4am. Modern, clean, only dilemma was no fridge in the room. Didn't have enough pillows but the staff had no issue providing another. Not in walking distance of much but great hotel and a very nice pool as well.
