Staff is really nice. The hotel location is awful, the bar down the street has there band play terrible music extremly loud between 12:30am-2:00am. It’s as if they are playing in your room. Some guests are on drugs & unacceptably drunk - we woke up to someone screaming for help & banging on doors at 4am last nightit was extremly terrifying!! The staff refused to inform us as to what happened. Overdose off of all the drugs offered on 5th? Probably. Stay away.

Good location close to main shopping street and beach, though not too noisy at night, friendly staff, lovely pool. However when I stayed (May 2017) it evidently needed a bit of maintenance work to bring it back to 3 star standard.

Beware of this business, the guy called Alan is a dishonest person, that lies and kept your money for his profit, he says be a representative of this business, but he would play with your time and tell you a million of lies in order to kept your money and and rent you trashy cars.

Location is great because you are on top of a good coffee shop, 3 restaurants and 2 malls next door The wifi is sporadic but the staff try their best to make up for all short comings. Omar is a real superstar, and they even gave me their lobby only employee password (which is still slow). Pretty excellent value for the money, and beach is only two blocks away.

Good location if you want beach and shopping area, but be aware that it means noisy nights until late (1-2am) and the isolation if the rooms are not so good so you will hear every car, bike, bus and track in the Avenida Constituyentes and the mariachis from the bars around.
The water from the shower won't run as strong as you want all the time.
I hope you don't get some neighbours partying all night like we had leaving the pool full of empty bottles and plastic glasses.
The price is good, maybe a bit high for the quality.

I stayed at Caribbean Paradise for a week at the end of February. Overall I enjoyed the hotel very much. Our room was right next to the pool which provided us with a large patio area. The hotel was very quiet with the exception of the construction directly across from the hotel (mall being built). The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff did a thorough job. The only negative is that there is not a refrigerator in the room but I would definitely consider staying there again.
