Great staff!! Elevator broke half way through, but no big deal. Beautiful grounds and they had a parking spot for us every day. Room was cozy enough and bed comfy.

Staff is very friendly and speak good English.

Rooms are a little run down, ceiling fans wobble quite a bit with cracks where the fan meets the ceiling.

Wi-Fi is not very good, even with a full signal it is extremely slow; if it loads at all.

The open concept looks beautiful, but you can hear everything that goes on, from people in the lobby, people in the pool and people below you.

Overall, for the cheap price, you get what you paid for.

Great staff, very authentic feeling. I was very happy with the location. Our AC works great. We did get a room with an older style television. Although all the ones I seen have flat screens. The security guard at night the older gentleman is very nice. They keep the gate locked so you're secured but have someone there to let you in. I like the fact that their stores are within walking distance in restaurants. For the price this is a great value in a perfect location near the ADO Bus station which you can use to go to Cancun or the airport.

Lovely staff. All of them were really helpful and friendly and the housekeeper (MARÍA MENA) decorated my room very beautifully with balloons because it was my birthday. I don't have complaints about the staff but the building is awful. One day we didn't have hot water, we never had hand towels, the AC wasn't working properly, the hot water in the shower takes around 15 min to come out, no iron is given, no minibar, no phone to call reception. The hotel is worth $25usa a night and not $50

Hotel was not ready when we got here. Had to wait an hour. really check in at 4. Consistently the hotel has been missing towels coffee and numerous other items and I have to request everyday. Add to that that the shower keeps backing up and you have to stand in bacterial water. Hotel looks really really pretty however very noisy from both sides. We got a good rate but would not stay here again.

Very noisy in ground floor room.could not sleep properly because of noise and cooking smell in the restaurant. Tv doesn't work. Not enough light . Interior is nice.

This hotel is a Perfect Place to discover yucatan with Tours. The staff is Very nice and supporting. The rooms clean, quite big and the meditarian style is very romantic. A hotel especially for couples. No Breakfast included.

Excellent location and staff. Right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Great value for money!! Great for those wanting to be amongst everything without the need of being in a 5 star resort or 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, really well located. Close to ADO bus station and better restaurants of Riviera Maya. Also close to the pier to go to Cozumel.

Nice mexican accomodation. Best possition. In the centre, but not loudy. Pool with towels. Room is cozy but furniture and bathroom is old. No feet towel. AC is perfect.

Booked online for cheaper price in advance.they do not have a private shuttle and so taxi or for best price a bus such as ado is best.they have ac and wifi( for web browsing but not much else like streaming) aside from that the service was good and the rooms where nice. The hotel itself looks very pretty and they had a nice little pool that was next to a small bar and restaurant. Very close to the beach and close to a busy strip of shops but that the hotel itself is quiet.

Fantastic little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's one block off of the famous 5th avenue, and just three blocks from the beach. The bed was extremely large and comfortable and all of the employees were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Mould in the bathroom, one dim light for the room, broken curtains, fireworks and screaming children at night, room cleaning at 9 AM, bed like rocks, broken fan, curtains so thin my partner had to hang a towel over them so I could sleep, the sink area was visibly cleaner after I went over it with a sanitation cloth. The wifi failed several times every hour, and only ever worked on one side of the room. The shower took several minutes to get hot. The only large window faces into the courtyard, while another tiny window in the bathroom faces a wall. But the sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs. The staff was unfriendly, but not rude.

The worst hotel I've stayed in outside of Indonesia, especially for the price. I expected a pricey hotel in the tourist core of Playa to be better than a seedy motel in my hometown. It was so comically bad that I would have laughed if it didn't cost so much.
