Staying at resort nowthird day here and really enjoying our stay. Perfect smaller resort. Staff are beyond excellent! We can't say enough about Joan.he has been taking such great care of us at the beach we don't want to do anything else!! We so enjoyed the Mayan show and love Angel! He runs the entertainment here.does a fantastic job and is such a lovely person ! So far we have enjoyed Blue, and the restaurant Latino! Our waiters Omar & Eduardo did an amazing job!!! Today I went to the spa.it's so beautiful .they treat you like gold. Had a 50 minute deep massage with Maria..ahhhhfelt so fantastic.I'm going back Friday for an 80 minute massage. If you are looking for a smaller more intimate resort with wonderful people, highly recommend this resort!

The resort is smaller than others of the brands, however it's nice not to have to walk too far from any point to another point on the property. Like all of the Azul hotels, the food is a very high point. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the staff is awesome. Would definitely recommend to any young family looking for a great getaway

Nice place. Only negative I can think of is it takes a long time to get your food at the restaurants. Kind of an issue at a place that wants to be kid/family friendly and it takes an hour to get your dinner

Beautiful resort just a short drive from the airport on the Riviera Maya. Well maintained with an excellent staff. Resort is both adult and kid friendly, just check the hours of the Kid's club when you do your planning. Multiple pools with swim up rooms, swim up bars and a shallow pool just for kids. Excellent spa, gym and a beautiful beach area with plenty of cabanas and activities. Also snorkel and diving are available right there for reasonable prices. Food was very good and the drinks were not watered down.

We stayed at Villa Carola, beautiful two floors 6 bedrooms villa, huge house with pool, private beach, Butler. You can use the hotel amenities but the house is separated from the hotel to have more privacy. I took all my family there and it was one of the best vacations ever. Our Butler Cesar was amazing !!

Yoga - It is wonderful to be able to start each day with yoga on the beach. George’s classes are great. He makes sure to adapt to every level and pays attention to every student. I am really happy that Azul Sensatori has him on staff and offers daily yoga. #azulsensatori

Perfect holiday! Great food and exceptional service. Go see Noe in the Caribbean restaurant for the best service. Pool/beach butler's are great fun! 😀

Beautiful hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Especially to mention Bettyna and Lenin - Gerardo round the adult pool, always making sure we were set round the pool, bringing us drinks and creating a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend

Everything about this holiday has been unbelievable.. greeted at the hotel with an ice cold flannel and a glass of champagne. Dining in one of the top 10 restaurants in Mexico. All of the staff are lovely. We were sceptical until we arrived as we'd read some bad reviews but after our experience I can gladly say the bad reviews were a load of rubbish. If we came back to this area we would 100% stay here. Best holiday ever.

Well what can I say about this place. Hmm the builders are currently occupying the third floor of block 3, the one I'm in, so this isn't going to sound great. If you like a class system, then this is the place for you. Premium, Prestige just words to me. Looking on the bright side, the staff are all polite, the rooms are kept clean, towel art is good. The food is variable ranging from good to poor. Mini bar is basic in my room which is described as a " luxury Jacuzzi pool side room" . Trip out are expensive here. Ok I'll stop there, hope this help you and doesn't sound too cynical.

Staff real friendly. Excellent room service awesome entertainment. The staff go the extra mile. The food is superb!! Azul has kids club you could leave you children there the staff take real good care of them.

Amazing resort with great food! We were here during tropical storm Frederick and the clean up they did to get everything back in service and available for the guests at the beach was incredible. I am a travel agent and I've never seen anything like it. Great job!

We enjoyed the resort. Nice accommodations, and food selection was good. The butler service was a plus. Yolanda was especially helpful and very customer friendly, as well as Alberto and Noah, our other 2 butlers. They were there to serve you!
Had several issues with transportation and room reservations. Management appeared willing to resolve, but have not yet done so since leaving the resort.response / report this review -

The service so far has been fantastic! Only been here 1 night out of 5 so far but you can tell this place is awesome! The service has been great and you'll never be without a drink. The food is great as well!

Amazing staff. Pool area is excellent. Food is 'just okay' at many of the restaurants. Rooms are soaciius. The Carribean restaurant is excellent.

Place is beautiful, service is okay, some of the restaurants the food is good but takes a long time to come out and portions are small. Also I don't like the room service menu it lacks ice cream and alcohol. Although I would still come back the resort is worth another visit!

Currently staying here for 4 days and thus far, everything has been great! The rooms are amazing (very spacious, comfortable bed, stocked refrigerator, huge jacuzzi, etc.) and we had an awesome time in one of their pools! There are various pools throughout the resort and a few pool bars! Beach bar with swing seats was awesome! Breakfast at Spoon was delicious - a variety of options to accommodate both adults and children. We also went to dinner there and the food was good.
Wonderful service and very friendly staff! Everybody smiles, says "hello", and makes guests feel welcome.
Beach could be a bit better, as there is a ton of seaweed on the shore, yet the staff does their best to remove it. Alcoholic beverages are a bit on the weak side, though very tasty. I've tried 5 of them and they had very little alcohol in them. Those would be my only two "complaints", but they're so minor and do not take away from the excellent experience here! I would recommend this resort to anybody looking to have a great time, be pampered a bit, and enjoy gorgeous views!response / report this review -

We got to stay at this resort with our sales group. The food was excellent, one of the best all inclusive resort food I have experienced.
Room was clean and very large. We ate so much that we had to workout and Jorge our boot camp instructor was awesome. If your staying here you need to work out with Jorge and the fitness team.
This resort would have gotten a five star but the food selection on few of the nights was a little sparse.response / report this review
