Quiet set back location with extremely friendly reception. The apartment was very tidy and the beds were the comfiest I've come across in Mexico. I will definitely be staying here again. I'm chalking up some of the less favorable reviews to the fact that despite being very clean, some things may be dated. That being said, It's a bright, clean, nicely decorated apartment in a safe setting with a very helpful and lovely lady at reception. I'm not sure what else other people were expecting.

Hotel is clean and well equipped, morning staff is friendly and professional. Location is not the greatest but still close to the beach and restaurants. If coming late make sure you advise staff.

They have an awesome location, far from the noise but close enough to the sea. Their rooms are clean and they have a really great customer service.

The property manager was exceptionally nice. She spoke enough English and was very helpful. The ad is more alluring that the actual hotel which honestly makes you wonder if you will leave with some kind of bugs. I didnt have any problems. They have complimentary shampoo and soap.
There is no shuttle. The website says they do. They dont. However the manager scheduled a taxi for me very early in the morning.response / report this review -

Location is quite close to the beach but kind of hidden from main roads. Rooms are simply furnished, if you have any problems the service will make a great effort to accommodate.
