View is amazing, hotel is beautiful, food is delicious and the most impressive is the staff. We had an awesome time even with one day getting rained out. They had dance lessons and pin pong table games for people while the rain came down. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and the location. Definitely coming back.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel appeared to be beautiful. I was greeted at the front desk and the staff were more than welcoming. Made me feel as if I was at home. When I entered my room I felt as if I was in the desert even though the AC was on. I lowed the AC and hoped it would get colder. Unfortunately through my 4 day stay the room never became cold. I notified staff numerous times and they stated that there was nothing wrong with the AC and that it feels like that in every room. My other friends had 5 other rooms where the AC was also not cooling properly and was warm. They were advised the same. There was a lot of humidity in all of the rooms which caused the beds to feel wet. My room was supposed to be a garden view, however it was a view of the hotel next door. There was no garden. I was extremely dissatisfied with the room.

The pool area is not great. The pool closes early at 8 pm and the pool bar closes at 6 pm. The pool bar is severely under staffed and it takes approximately 30 minutes to get a drink. The pool had several debris from the beach floating around in it. The floor of the pool is extremely slippery and slimy.

While at the beach we were approached by a gentleman with a backpack who appeared to be a Mexican Citizen walking the beach. The man offered to sell us Cigars. When we declined, he offer Cocaine and Marijuana. We immediately declined and notified staff. Staff did not do anything at all to resolve the problem. We were also at times offered to purchase drugs by hotel staff. Hotel staff also offer prostitutes.

The drink cups are not cleaned properly and you can taste the residue of other drinks in the drink you asked for. The food is okay and could be much better. The hotel lacked a great experience for adults.

While leaving the resort on out last day, we loaded our luggage in the taxi. When we were about to leave, the hotel staff refused to let us leave. They ordered the taxi driver out of the vehicle. Upon having a conversation with the staff, they stated that they would not let us leave unless we checked out. Note the room was rented via Expedia and the reservation was fixed and prepaid. We were never instructed to check out. The hotel staff was extremely rude. When I asked if I got my luggage and began walking out of the resort on foot would they stop me? They stated that they would detain me. This made me feel scared, threatened, and accosted. I felt as if I was being falsely imprisoned. I went to the front desk and the staff echoed the same as the staff down stairs. The manager said they would not let me leave without checking out. I checked out and when I tried to leave again they would not open the gate for the taxi. The gate guard had to wait several minutes to let us out.

I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Two things that I would count as 'negative' but it's really not terrible enough to give less than five stars!
I just (personally) dislike the bathroom set up. The toilet is in a small frosted glass room, the shower is out next to it with a similar frosted glass door and the vanity/mirror are out in the room. I just prefer it to be all enclosed in one room, but again it's just personal preference.
The other thing being we waited 2+ hours to eat at the italian restaurant, but we had a larger party so it's understandable.
Everything else TOP NOTCH from the beds to the customer service to the views. Just awesome!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is the location of the room I had. It was on the most Eastern end in the sun tower (South tower) and located directly next to the giant air conditioner of the neighboring hotel. I do prefer to sleep with open windows, but the nose emitted from the a/c made this impossible. Even with closed doors you could still hear it instead of the breaking waves. Otherwise the facility was great. The rooms were super clean, and so was the rest. The pool area was fantastic and great for kids. The food options were also great and the multiple on premises restaurants offered a good selection. The beach was also great, with wonderful fine, white sand. All staff was very friendly. The conference rooms were very functional and pleasant, just the cables were sometimes in a poor condition.

Stayed here this week. The rooms were great! Pool and beach were gorgeous! The food was spectacular. Better food than we have have had at 5 previous resorts. Room service was a definite plus. The staff was amazing! Pretty sure we have found our regular yearly all inclusive resort. I heard nothing but positive comments from other guests. You wont be disappointed.

Love love love this place. Second time here with the family. Great place for family fun time. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfy, a.c. works great, room service is awesome. The food is wonderful, all the restraunts in this fine establishment are outstanding. The customer service is top notch. The pool is beautiful, the beach is even better. I mean everything about this place is the best. The night entertainment is awesome!. I try to come here once a year. Second year in a row. ill keep coming back of I can. Love love love it.

Great hotel and staff. The remodeled rooms have a modern look. The food has been very good if not great. Cleaner then the last time we were here. It just wasn't that crowded. Could have used a few more people to get things jumping.

Visited the hotel from 9/5/17 to 9/11/17. Had an amazing time at the hotel. Very professional and attentive staff. From check in to check out every one made us feel great. Great and friendly chefs at the pool area and all the restaurants. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Excellent food choices. Will definitely stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun again. I highly recommend it.

The best resort we have ever stayed at! Has made me fall in love with Mexico and Cancun! Everyday was yet another amazing experience! Lovely friendly staff who are so attentive, very baby friendly, amazing location, all inclusive (except for high end items) and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We diner every night at the mexican restaurant and lived the authentic and amazing meals!!

Best vacation in a long time. We've been to Hard Rock Cafe and Barcelo in Cancun but Fiesta Americana was better! Pools were clean, beach was beautiful (lots of waves), and food was FANTASTIC. Definitely worth it! Only con is lack of seating by the pool. Food makes up for it though!

This hotel is great! Check in was easy even though we arrived at 2 pm. They told us we can use the facilities and have lunch until we get our rooms an hour later. They kept our 24 family members together in nearby rooms as well. Food is honestly delicious! The Italian restaurant by far is the best. I also recommend the buffet any time. They have pasta stations, meat carving stations, omelette stations, gyros, just to name a few. I give it 3 stars because sometimes we were seated and the food at restaurants takes about 2 hours altogether to be ordered and come out while it only takes a few minutes to chow down. Buffets sometimes they don't attend to your drink (even water or soda) orders right away which is unacceptable. However, they were very accommodating to our infant. High chairs available everywhere but ramps almost everywhere except by moon tower on the end on level 2. It's not too terrible to lift the stroller though handicapped wheelchair would be a hassle. Room service is great but arrives later than usual so factor for that!

I liked the place. Friendly environment. 24 hours room service with awesome food. A lot of food options. They have a couple of bars at the pool. Cleaning / room service staff is very friendly but staff at front desk and in restaurants are a bit rude. This is the reason I gave them 4 star. Anyway, Overall its a good place for vacation. I would recommend this to friends. Don't forget to ask for complimentary massage when you check in.

I loved this place. I spent 3 days here and they were, honestly, the best days of my life. The hotel rooms are pretty luxurious, in my opinion and the a/c works very well, they even include a mini refrigerator. The food is delicious, and is available almost all day long. There is little concerts you can attend to, the pool feels so nice and warm, and the waves feel amazing. I'd recommend to wear sunscreen in the summer because the heat is no joke.

It's alright. Had more fun for less money staying elsewhere. All-inclusive inclusive food is slightly better than average so you probably won't be disappointed. If you ever had all inclusive you probably have low expectations. Pool bar closes a 6:00. After that not much to do. My biggest complaint is the " premium ocean view room". Yeah you can see it at an oblique angle through the trees, but the balcony is roughly 10" long and you can barely close the door behind you. I'd hardly call this a premium room. Still having a good time, but o do think you could have a better time for less money.

Excellent all-inclusive hotel in Cancun. Very nice pools, great beach seating, good food. I recommend you upgrade your room to at least a junior suite with ocean views - worth every penny. I stayed in room 677, junior suite, corner room.

Pro Tip:
- eat breakfast at the Asian restaurant which is beach side. views of the ocean while eating breakfast is a way to start the day and it's usually nearly empty in the morning.
- everyday they make fresh food by the main pool, you should eat there for lunch
- the hotel store as soft-serve ice cream!

We just had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and it was fantastic! We had 56 guests fly from around the United States to join us and stay for most of the week. Not only was the wedding day perfect and stress-free, but the whole week was amazing. The staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Sandro at the lobby bar, and the 2 guys working the pool bar all week - they made sure we were well taken care of. Also Lucia, our wedding planner, was great! She made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy the entire night :) We are all already talking about our next trip back!

Very helpful friendly staff. There is no smoking in any of the rooms. Our next door neighbors were smoking at 4am. I have asthma and the smoke was affecting my health. We called the front desk and they sent someone to speak to them about smoking in rooms. The smokers immediately stopped. The front desk manager even moved us to a junior deluxe suit with ocean view and an outdoor jacuzzi. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this place just be courteous to other hotel guests and if you do smoke, go outside in the patio.

We just returned from Cancun and I have to say, the Fiesta Americana Condesa-Cancun was awesome! We had the best time. Every person at the resort was helpful, kind and went above and beyond, EVERY SINGLE TIME. From the moment we checked in with Edgar, our experience was over the top. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, The selections of food and restaurants was wonderful. The pools and the pool areas were clean and tidy and the pool staff was helpful, quick and super friendly and fun. The evening shows were great as well. We will definitely be going back and we highly recommend the Fiesta Americana Condesa-Cancun.
