The rooms are very old, even spider webs on the ceiling. But outside it looks good and the service is nice. Tip: deliver pizza

Super close to club area, nice swimming pool, rooms were alright. Transportation was easy to catch near by. Affordable. It was an alright experience.

This accommodation is very close to a supermarket, restaurants, tourism shopping and an interesting variety of nightlife alternatives. The studio is well appointed, spacious and offers the opportunity to eat in (or go and dine out). It is pleasant day and night around the pool. Reasonably quiet at night considering proximity to nightlife. Situated around the water with pleasant places to read a book outdoors.

I love the place. The sunset there is beautiful. Peaceful place. Unexpensive. And in the middle of the Cancún hotel zone.

Great hotel for the price great area beautiful landscape outside and nice lagoon views. Appreciated the staff honoring my reservation due to the fact I didn't get in til 3am due to a delay. A cab driver did tell me it wasn't a great area so if you stay here don't walk alone at night other then that I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again given the opportunity

The location was perfect, the room was well priced. We couldn't have been happier. There was no WiFi in the room but if you needed WiFi you could go to the lobby or the pool. There is a swim up bar in the pool, the grounds are wonderful, and there iguanas everywhere. It was a little out dated but it was great.

Walls are paper thin and the floors are like bathroom floors with those tiny tile squares. Uncomfortable on the feet. Room was small, but that was not a real issue. It was just uncomfortable and not a good value for the price.

The hotel is nice and clean but don't have a private beach or beach view, No internet in the rooms only at the Restaurant or Lobby, but is a cheap option for a short vacations or just a weekend with friends.

You get what you pay for. This is not the Ritz. It is a clean, basic, friendly,
    inexpensive place to stay.
Great location (if you want to be near all the clubs), but very noisy at night. A quick walk to restaurants, shops, (great) supermarket, transportation, and beach.
We had a room with kitchenette, which made it that much more economical. The restaurant by the pool was fine, nothing fancy.
There is a large group of regular guests who come every year for the winter, a nice bunch of people. Staff were friendly and helpful.
