What an amazing place. Amazing staff. Friendly, helpful. Great location near great free snorkeling. Beautiful beach. Can't wait to come back again. The staff here work s really hard.

Great place. Wonderful beach. Staff some of the best we have met. Friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, though dated. Food was always good and very reasonably priced. The sibling resort next door, the Weston, is more upscale, but also very much more expensive for everything. We will go back.

Rooms were great, wonderful ocean view. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Plenty to do on-site for activities if you don't want to leave.

Overall our stay was great. Except for the first night we went to have dinner at one of the restaurants there. We were really hungry and decided to eat at the hotel. We walked in, the one employee there didn't acknowledge our presence until we approached a table. He asked in a rude tone if he could help us with something.

For the price it's an alright stay , the main issues are they throttle the Wi-Fi and there are no affordable resturants nearby since it's the first hotel on the strip. The electricity went out twice but that was probably due to the hotel being renovated. Good things I would say are friendly staff and easy access to the pool/beach. Also a drunk guy almost fell through one of the windows so if you drink here just be careful of their single paneled windows.

Everyone is extraordinarily nice! The ocean side view is incredible. Building has some minor cosmetic wear but that was not unexpected. Otherwise facilities are great, faces are friendly, and the beach is right thereI just wish my Spanish was a little better.

Everyone is nice and helping. Rooms are very clean and the restaurant here is quite delicious. The only issue we have with our stay is the shower temperature keeps on fluctuating

Great proximity to Maya ruins - Tulum, Chichen Itza (2.5 hours drive). Love hammocks on the balcony. Pools are warm, the sea has waves, but close to calmer laguna within 10 min walk. Room service fee is a mandatory extra $34 per day even for RCI members.
