Do not go to this Hotel. Nothing works and it is nothing like the photos. They will not refund you if you pre-pay! The place does not get any sun during the day and the roof terrace is shut.

I did a blunder by booking the hotel without reading the reviews & I have regretted each & every day I stayed there. The photos are misleading & the hotel is nothing like it. The pictures are just a trap to get the customers to book the hotel. Customer service is non-existent. We were welcomed with dirty towels, broken things in the room, no drinking water provided in the rooms or in breakfast area. Wi-fi doesn't work. The hotel management are absolutely pathetic and dont care of the problems you report. They refuse to cancel the pre-paid booking & you will be forced to stay there and face the ordeal for the entire length of stay. The hotel in particular is unsuitable for families. It turns into club during the night with very loud music and heavy smoke, drinks smell in the reception. The rooms smell cigratte smoke as well. I generally dont wish bad things for others, but in this case I really wish the karma teaches a lesson to the management. Shameful & disgraceful management. Absolute nightmare!

Went to the hotel last week. Reception attendants not very happy. No smiles, would have been nice to have a pleasant welcoming.
However, Nadia lovely lady who organised our excursion was very helpful. Will miss her. Had a nice house maid. Would keep rooms clean.
We had problem with smoking. Chose a non smoking room but smoke was seeping through lobby and our room.
I had a lot of problem breathing.
One of my items was left in the room was stolen when we were out.
Not a very good first hand experience for someone alone with children.
Would not come again to this hotel.👎

Well well well where can I start. 3RD class staff who pick their nose when talking to you and don’t give any sort of eye contact, they don’t smile at you at all Very rude and abrupt I wish I had read the 200+ online reviews made for this hotel before booking. They claim to be a 4* hotel I wouldn’t consider it a 1*. Smells of nicotine which sticks to your clothes. Big lack of communication- they speak to you in French whilst u speak back in English? Also the price which u reserve the hotel room online, they tend to bombard you with something called a local tax on top when you get there and that’s an extortionate rate- more than the rate of the hotel booking. I won’t be going back - my whole experience was a nightmare. I even had to beg them for some toilet paper, they just wouldn’t give it ??!! The location of this is in a very deprived and run down area full of druggies and alcoholics. YOU WILL REGRET GOING TO THIS HOTEL MARK MY WORDS !

Servis quality is horrendous and the pool is barley cleaned also the food is always cold and the same all year round the phone doesn't work the air condition is just broken and they refuse to fix it .It is truely a awful hotel

You can find much better hotels for the price. However, very noisy at night due to a club next doors and that's why I'm giving two stars. Food is average.

Cheap and close to both the airport and Supratours and train stations. Still, it's too noisy to even just have a good sleep.

We were two nights in this hotel - and we were really satisfied. Very good location, no noise from the street. Spacious rooms and huge beds. The new store is just a few minutes to the center of the JAMA L'Fna takes you taxi for € 1.5.
I have no tip for a better room, but the rooms in the courtyard with a swimming pool will certainly be quieter.
Breakfast and dinner were not bad, but not anything special.

Really bad.. no WiFiat all and when I asked the reception they told me because we have too many guests LOL. we arrived 1pm checked in the room was clean but stinks like there was a dead rat inside the room we had to wait til 5pm to get a shower because there was no towels seriouslyhad use my t-shirt to dry myself..worst experience in my life I couldn't changed to another hotel next morning REALLLLLY BAD BADDDDD.
