Average resort. The resort is large resort with different wings in between olive trees. Rooms are large and spacious. The resort lacks in services.

I was surprised at the quality of customer service at this resort. It was impeccable! Everything from our initial arrival to our check out was incredible. Zuhair from Atlas restaurant especially stuck out as he went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Wonderful stay!

The hotel is placed well within Marrakech especially for golfers. There are at least 5-6 courses within 10-20 minutes drive from the hotel. As we hired a car it was perfect location. Unfortunately it stops there. Although hotel staff are all friendly and want to help there are numerous faults elsewhere. The rooms are patchy with different negative points. For example, there were cockroaches in my friends room, the shower was too low and water always covered the floor tiles after shower. Food at the all inclusive restaurants were average at best but worst was finding a clean table with cutlery. Here management could do lot better by actually managing. I could go on but try and avoid this one, but is a cheap hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff are amazingly friendly and always ready to help you with any queries you may have. Huge variety in buffet foods and they have a different theme of buffet everyday for dinner so you won't get bore with food choices. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a great SERVICE!!!
Loved the hotel by its Team!!
Maria at the desk is great, I will say she has an excellent and exceptional service!!! She is a little sun lighting the front desk and TAHA, what a great person,.
I came to see my sick mom, I will say O had the best time here because of Maria and Taha,love you.
I wish I have great managers like both of you.

Would highly recommend as a family hotel as lots for younger children to do. Staff are friendly. Rated as 5 star in Morroco but not by UK standard it is more 4 maybe even 3. Rooms were good but ours smelt funny as you came in.

Been here twice this year , first time was as a test pilot visit and it was marvellous so my missus and I decided to bring our children here for an eight days holiday, and indeed was THE BEST HOLIDAY ever in Morocco. Every thing in the hotel and around is 5 starsThe best thing there apart from food, service and hospitality was the night show (animation) , no words to describe it though. .need to visit this hotel and see for yourself. :)

Warm hearted service. Generous with food and drink. Kind and entertaining to children. Rooms need a little uplift and could do with new paint and change of sealant to bath tub. Otherwise well kept grounds which are beautifully landscaped. Overall had a very pleasant stay and would recommend a stay here if visiting Marrakech.
