Visited in March, first we had a room at the third floor which was not renovated. We managed to change room with pool view that was renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was average, nothing special but if you dont need a perfect instagram picture and just want to eat breakfast it should be good.

Dont come. There is a dog that barkes all night and does not let you sleep. The dog is in the train station next door to the hotel it never stops barking its unbelievable its 4 a clock im righting this review and can't sleep. Hope you don't come here. If i cold id give it 0 star . And dont forget there is a 22 DM charge on top of your stay for tax. Most be for stay awake all night tax

Love this hotel and have been here nearly two weeks.
Only negative is alcohol is expensive but is expensive everywhere.
And the train station dog barking all hours of the night..
Staff are amazing.
Would highly recommend.
Also over the road is best restaurant in marakkakish ; delice farroukes.

If I could give it no stars I would. Came from USA to Morocco thought it was a nice friendly hotel recommended by the locals ended up being the worst experience of my life. Stayed at many hotels even hotels that don’t even appear on google and they still had better service. They tried to charge me twice for a room that I payed for, they give no receipts they made me and my family feel so uncomfortable and on top of that all night they had construction going on so it was impossible for us to get any sleep. I recommend you stay away , I’m not the one to write bad reviews I usually let it go but unless you want to experience highway robbery at this hotel then by all means book a room now.

Literally a team of thieves and liars. All cordinate to steal money from the guests. From the receptionist to security to the cleaning service! Came from America to Morocco and stayed and many great hotels but this is the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed at. Tried to even steal money from us at the front desk! We paid for the rooms and we were stopped mid day while going out and asked to pay again. When we explained it was a mistake and we already paid they called us liars. Left sign for the cleaning service not to go into the room and they still did..Right next to train station as well so if sleep is a priority this place is horrible. Keys have to be reactivated every few hours so we so we constiantly had to go downstairs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

So I got my wallet stolen which left me with no credit card. This receptionist was totally apathetic to my ordeal and was only interested in getting paid. I paid with my USD and she was really eager to take USD. Not sure why.

Very poor costumer expérience .
No water.
Dirty hallway with lot of noise and on top of that couple of roaches in my room.
The carpet is dirty and the TV remote control is Broken.
Too bad. That place need an upgrade.

Typical Ibis, so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Rooms a bit dated (got an upgrade to a room with a terrace) but safe and clean. Short walk from the rail and bus stations. I also walked to the centre of Marrakech from the hotel, which took 30-40 minutes.

Rooms are basic but clean. Staff friendly. Main road in front is noisy in the night. Taxi and bus depot in front of hotel. Located near the center. 10minutes with taxi to airport.

The Management were so very helpful with any queries I had always professional and very pleasant.
As were the staff who worked tirelessly to attend to guests wishes some guests who were very rude to them they still smiled.
The room was scrubbed everyday spotless.
Hassan and Brahim and another young man who worked in the evening were fantastic.
I contined my stay in Marrakesh at Es Saadi hotel although lager and much more expensive the friendliness of the Ibis was hard to beat.

I have stayed here many many times. It is extremely convenient for the bus station (next door) should you wish to visit other places in Morocco. The staff have always been polite and courteous. The rooms and other stuff well there is a bed, a tv, a shower and a bar down stairs..what else do you want at this price? Oh did i mention the garden and superb pool
