The fours seasons resorts is one of the best places I've stayed recently. every detail is thought to make you comfortable during your stay. from the check in process you start feeling home. They knew about you and your habits and they prepare everything upon your previous request. The room was spacious and beautifully set with an additional bed for my daughter. a basket of fruits and fresh flowers every where at the room were welcoming us. during our 5 day stay in the resort the personnel were very helpful and polite. they never stopped smiling and serving us with regard even at late night. We frequently visited lobby at nights to take some wine and cocktail and we also tasted the resort's restaurant special menu for the diner of Christmas. The service was perfect, the food great and the night very joyful. We also spend some time at SPA and the experience was so relaxing. My daughter used to stay twice at kids club and she was more than happy. I certainly omit some details but they really deserve 5 stars.

An amazing very large heated swimming pool area for Adults and a separate one for children. So one can relax properly on comfortable sun loungers with great prsonal service. Staff are could not be more helpful in all areas. High standard all around making the hotel a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

We stayed here for my sister in laws 40th as group of 10 couples. The hotel was stunning. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after. The pool is particular was gorgeous coupled with excellent service. The breakfast had a great selection with tables out in the sun which was a great way to start the day. As always the beds and the pillows are the best thing in a four seasons hotel!! Can’t wait to come back here.

This is a fantastic oasis that's actually within walking distance of the medina in Marrakech. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The bed is heavenly. There were some pastries, oranges and lots of bottled water waiting for us in the room, as well as a handwritten note welcoming us. Those were nice touches. The boutique is worth checking out.

We have been very warmly greeted in this beautiful property. The service is impeccable and the restaurants are excellent. We really enjoyed the decor.

For the money you pay, it's totaly not worth it. Was living in villa, when we arrived, everything looked ok but when looked closer, everywhere was dusts, TV was horribly dirty, no hot water, windows were all dirty.. Not worth at all. I do not reccomend

A great place to getaway - from the moment you walk into this place you know you are in for a treat. I spent 7 nights here (one of them was my Daughters 6th Birthday). The staff are obsessed with excellence - they are always using their initiative to help you have a pleasant stay. The staff are the hotels secret weapon as the staff are very special.
Aside from the positive attitude of the staff - all other amenities are great - including the spa

Where to begin the staff was incredible!! Warm, friendly, inviting and anticipated our every need. I have traveled a good deal and never encountered such a fantastic group. It is like the Ritz without the pomp. The grounds are impeccable, well manicured and beautiful. Best place I have ever stayed. We did not want to leave!!

The staff make this one of the best places to stay. They try really hard to please and always say"yes" even if they dont fully understand. That can be a little frustrating, but their intentions are good

Their service spoils you like an Arabian princess. Hardware is good though can be better at this grade. The same comment to the SPA center. Therapist very skillful. 🖒

Avoid this hotel, totally unprofessional staff, disregard to the guests comfort, unreliable service and a total waste of time and money. The other five star hotels such as the mamounia are a much better choice and truly authentic !

The most horrible experience imaginable. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The majority of staff are friendly and mean well, however the senior management are another story. A total lac of understanding towards VIP guest relations and an ignorance towards international diplomatic law. The Four Seasons brand should be ashamed of such a substandard run outfit.
