Spacious well-equipped rooms, delicious buffet restaurant. Great base for an exciting city.

Old colonial building with beautiful decor. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was lovely with smiles and fun from the waiters and the food was delicious. Amenities were excellent although at peak time WiFi was a bit slow. Only down was the TV didn't work but we didn't care as we weren't there for that. Too much to see and do in the evenings. Will definitely go back and soon. If you want ultra modern and soulless, don't stay here, if you want culture and beauty, this hotel is a must.

excellent. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Family Friendly. Can exchange currency and brilliant exchange rates in the hotel. Always happy to assist with all needs. Enjoyable pool. Clean rooms. Taxis waiting outside at all times to take you were ever you need to go. Lovely Views of mountains. Fantastic decor. Walking distance to Mall. And walking distance to town and markets. Couldn't complain about anything was better than expected. Staff were friendly, cheerful, approachable and loving towards the kids.

Hotel was Ok Restaurant had basic food choice for both breakfast and dinner.
Customer service needs improvement unless you’re buying alcohol the staff don’t seem to want to serve you in their restaurant.
I asked to speak to the duty manager and was told he is not in till the morning. So who is running the hotel during the evenings???
I would look to stay elsewhere when if I come back to Marrakesh.response / report this review -

Decent and comfortable hotel to stay a couple night ! Proper and correct but doesn’t go above and beyond in any manner, not a place to go to discover Marrakech or « Marrakech’s hotels » but decent and budget-smart. Enjoyable and lovely, nothing too negative to complain about, just a decent proper correct establishment to spend a few nights in while exploring the beautiful city.

Stayed here in June and loved it going back next Monday the 11th sept so it must be good Some people are just a little too fussy I think It's an amazing hotel lovely staff great food and me and my boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I came back from this hotel yesterday. Elevators taking to long. Says a buffet but no buffet on the first day. Kids swimming pool not clean enough.bath is not clean.

So I stayed here for two weeks. Our room was on the 3rd floor to the side of the building. Rooms were of a decent size, although there were certain aspects of the room that did not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. Not being one to moan, I just cracked on with it.
The wi-fi is really only accessible in the hotel lobby, and also the pool area. The wi fi was shocking in the rooms.
Because im reviewing the hotel its only fair to name some of the positive and negative aspects of this hotel.
Positives
Rooms were clean.
Accessible balcony
Hairdryer in bathroom (although will take you over 40 minutes to dry your hair)
Clean sheets and towels daily
Large pool and seating area
Childrens pool
Air conditioning in every room.
Breakfast served from 06.30 -10.00
Negatives
Shower pretty much consisted of dribble, and refused to stay in the holder. Was also placed to low on the wall so had to duck underneath it.
The balcony door closed behind me, leaving me stranded on the balcony for over three hours until I got rescued.
The worst part was realising our room was placed over the nightclub, situated within the hotel.Despite being three floors up, music was loud, annoying and kept you up until stupid o clock.
Forget about having a bath, the plug is not made for the bath and is about three sizes to small for the plug hole.
We ordered a travel cot for the room, when it arrived it was unstable, missing bars and about to fall apart any minute. The reception staff also seemed rather offended when we asked if we could have another.
Hands up to them though, they replaced it, but didnt seem to happy by it.
Booking through Travel Republic we encountered a few problems. We booked a triple room only to find when we arrived, there were no such rooms. All were the same standard rooms. To top it off, the photos were slightly misleading, so be warned.
Overall it has been a decent stay, the hotel is expensive however. They make about 5 times the profit on a can of drink. The local supermarket sells a can of Pepsi for 3.75 dh, while the hotel will sell it for 25 dh. Same with the beer, I brought the same bottle of beer in the supermarket for 8dh. But at the hotel they charge 40dh 5x the price. Which is a little excessive in my opinion.
They also have a sign that says its forbidden to bring your own food and drink in to the pool area. Catch 22
Also, might need to just notify others that when you go all inclusive, it only allows you to get one soda type drink.
After this one, you have to pay for the rest.
