I visited to Marrakesh from 21/01/2018–27/01/2018
I stayed in this hotel, it’s sitauted on ideal location few minutes walk for menara mall and bus station.
Hotel receptionist girl named kaoutar was really a professional and decent , she has been very helpful and friendly
Breakfast and room maintenance was also excellent.
I would like to stay in this hotel again .

Dreadful hotel, management completely crazy with no customer service understanding or delivery. I was told to “shut up” or I would be thrown out of the hotel for complaining about dirty rooms, broken locks on external patio doors so they would not lock and black mould on ceiling. I changed rooms 3 times and that’s just checked in, if you don’t want to get your holiday off to a bad start DO NOT STAY HERE. There are some lovely staff who are experienced at what they do and offer real service, tips are greatly appreciated and deserved in some cases. Do not add the full board option as the food is absolutely awful, I ate on the first night and has bad bowel issues for two days, it looks like slop! Breakfast is lousy, pan aux chocolate with a bit of chocolate on the outside and just pan inside 😂 why bother, better to have an omelette or something on room service. 4 days was way way too long for me, nice pool area though.

Lovely staff nice outdoor space good sized rooms comfy beds nice wash facilities good location really secure hotel good security excellent customer service breakfast not so great and general hotel can do with lick of paint however very good quality for price

Not enough info on the local area or things to do at the hotel like room service or general info in the rooms

I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel EVER!!! First off there is only wifi in the lounge. You get no wifi in rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor. The buffet is sub-par at best. I stayed at this hotel with my school, about 30 of us, and they ran out of food for us. The drinks at the bar were expensive, but that is expected since it is a hotel. The other places to eat in the hotel were okay but nothing to brag about. Now for the rooms. They look like actual motel rooms. My room smelled moldy, the room was barely cleaned. I FOUND A POTATOE CHIP IN MY BED. Also there was no soap in the bathroom. One of our other rooms had a leak in the ceiling. We had a bed bug scare as well. All in all, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Very huge hotel. We had a suite with 2 bathrooms and a living room. The interior of the room was kinda old, the TVs weren't flat. The room was clean and it was calm. The pool is nice and huge, and there also is a lawn area where you can lay down and relax. It's around 30 minutes to the center of Marrakech by foot, and 10 minutes by car or hackney cab.
