Beautiful hotel! Since it was right next to Tai Koo station it made it extremely convenient. Definitely a little further away from central but it was nice to come home to a quiet part of Hong Kong at night.

I am sharing my afternoon tea experience in Feast (Food by EAST). Both food quality and quantity are kinda value for money. Probably one afternoon tea set can feed two people. So you might as well order one set plus one drink so as to share with two people each other. However, service is only so-so.

The hotel have a buffet and the buffet is a little bit small but the food is delicious and the hotel room is very beautiful and there is a normal shower and a bath tub. And the windows are very big , in the buffet there is ice cream , bread , ham , veggies, wine , soft drinks . At Christmas there is a train delegation and up stairs there is a cake house but I think it's fake. And it leads to a shopping mall called city plaza.

I was visiting and checked out one of the rooms. Rooms are pretty spacious and modern. Very clean and connected to City Plaza. There's a lot of food near by and MTR is downstairs.

Enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails on the rooftop bar. Very quiet, not busy at all. Recommend the Scottish Breakfast! Gorgeous views of Hong Kong, especially the Victoria Harbour. 2 minute walk from Tai Koo MTR station.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hong Kong is limited on space and this is reflected in the room size. Nevertheless, had a pleasant stay and it was among the more affordable of the higher end hotels.

Great hotel: breakfast is really good with a lot of various things to eat. Room is fit to bussines. It has everything you need: from shaving knife to network, vga cables. in the middle you get with the room a mobile phone (!) that really helps you to get along in Hong Kong, buy tickets, receive service and more. Big shower. has a pool. has a bar on top level. Super close to MTR (20meter walk!) and connects directly into City Plaza which is a very nice mall. Service is great. Would come back again.

Trendy hotel. Excellent service with friendly staff. The standard room was well laid out and comfortable. Request a high floor with a view of the Harbour. A drink at Sugar on the 32nd floor is a must and offers great views of the Harbour and skyline.

Hotel staff is beyond accommodating. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. I stayed here for 9 nights in June 2017 and was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended. Go to the pool. It's nice. Skip the gym tho

Love coming here for their lunch buffet which is very fairly priced for what you get (appetizer and salad bar and you choose one main). HSBC credit cards get a discount too which makes it even better! On the roof is their Sugar bar which is a great place for happy hour that also boasts wicked views of the harbour from the East side of Hong Kong.

Nice hotel located close to the MTR and a shopping mall with lots of eateries. Good views if you end up high up enough and the Super Deluxe rooms are nice, albeit the pillow top mattress is a bit on the lumpy side and might not be the best choice for a mattress in a hotel. Also, there's only a night light in the toilet, which is annoying as it's not bright enough to see what you're doing. Otherwise you have to switch on all of the room lights. Great blackout blinds, but quite noisy AC/ventilation.

Very nice, clean, modern and professionally run hotel. Been coming back here for over 3 years now. Hasn't disappointed me yet. Bonus if you get a corner room.

Gym is decent. Pool is nice. Plus a bar with a great view on the roof deck

Boutique hotel that is starting to lose some of its lustre. The breakfast buffet is shrinking and the a la carte portions are following suite The rooms are small with little separation or privacy from the bathroom area. The gym used to be good, but they proceeded to halve it in size and now it's merely functional Been staying here since it's opened, but the cons are starting to outweigh the convenience of being next to the office.
