Nice location for the one who eants to see Hong kong as the locals. Close to numerous amenities..shops..double decker tram

A nice hotel at wan chai, with all the amenities and within budget. Nice big rooms and great bathrooms a combination hard to find on a crowded place like Hong Kong. The layout is a bit odd, but who cares if you are getting nice cozy comfy room. Entrance to the hotel is confusing and it takes some time to get to the reception. Otherwise all else is good at hotel.

Like many other reviews have stated, the rooms in this hotel are large and very clean. The cleaning staff were very nice. The reception was alright. The location is great and lots of places to explore and nearby. Also close to their MTR, which is top notch.
The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because I could not sleep at night due to their horrible pillows and their super thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the hallway (including their printer if you're on the 9F), including your neighbours. Their conversations, the door opening and closing, everytime they flush the toilet is like they flushed yours.
I would still recommend though if you like large and clean rooms, as this hotel is above and beyond in that respect.
Also, don't share room if you're not comfortable bring naked with your roommate. The bathroom is see through. Even though there are drapes, it doesn't cover everything.response / report this review -

Splendid for an economic stay. Very good hygiene. Nice view over the mountains, friendly doorman and cleaning staff. No breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants en coffee bars within 5 min walk.

Gracious! Talk about value for money and easy access to anything and everything in Hong Kong. These people are not joking!!! (errr they never even smile) but goodness, you get all your money's worth and more!

Great position, great price, good cleanning services. Take care to not be there when is cold outside they do not have heating and it is colder than outside.
