recomended place for back packer group, it's comvertable room, it's enough.
Poor service - desk staff were rude and do not even greet you when you walk in.
Bed type must be specified when you make the booking if you book online - otherwise they will say it is based on "their own decision" and what's available on the day. Also, even if you specify a preferred bed type they may not give it to you, based on availabilities. They only have 10 double beds in the whole hotel.
We got the business room (the most basic one) - photos are quite deceiving. Condition is average, not exceptionally clean. Room is tiny, can only open one medium/large size luggage at a time. Only benefit of the size is most things may be within arm's reach from your bed! They don't provide any hand soap. The pillow was too soft, couldn't have a very comfortable sleep. The lounge at the hotel is only available to long term guests.
Overall, would not come back to this hotel. I would only recommend this for the location and if you are only going to the hotel for sleep and washing up.
Exelent choice If you want a short stay, close to the subway And downtown!
Clean linen, no smell, comfortable mattress, AC, great WiFi service, and fast elevators. Room is small but still spacious per HK standards especially the bathroom. Situated in the heart of Wan Chai so you got everything around you: restaurants, cafés, tons of 7 elevens, fruit market and so on. No MTR close by so you need to walk a bit but the buses are right there beside the hotel.
staffs are polite and treating guests like their family, facility and cleaniness is satisfying
Good location, small rooms.
Very small room but good location. Close to shopping area and resturant. But far from train staion. In the room have every thing except telephone. No free wifi. You have to pay for wifi 60$HK per 1 day per 1 password ( 1 password per 1 phone).
After 11pm don't have staff at reception but you can call duty manager.
Cute hotel.. Clean and very friendly staff.
But no WiFi in rooms
This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Location superb. Front desk helpful. However they charge $60 per day for Wi-Fi. It's better to get a phone card from China Mobile for $80 for 1.5G. Writing desk dimely lighted. Can hear road noise. Room a bit small but OK for the price.
Friendly staffs but room size is bit small
Clean and comfy for that price in Hong Kong. But damn they charge you for wifi per device!!! It's ridiculous.
almost like staying on the road minus the dust. Poor room sound proofing. can hear the bus passing by all the time. No free WIFI as well. Good location though. surrounded by good food everywhere.
