The site is good ..near to MTR (Jordan station) near to 7/11, the price a bit high,the room nice & clean, the decorations nice, they have bathtub, overallits a good place.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the staff were nice and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Loads of space in the rooms which is amazing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Overall very comfortable

Our room is quite large with fast WiFi, plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a nice big bathroom. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and yum brews (and check out happy hour!) and the cafe does a proper Australian flat white. Staff are friendly and accessible. I stayed here on my travel agent's recommendation and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, cannot stress this enough!!! In a great position near shops, MTR, bus stops and supermarkets. Rooms are very well appointed with modern touches and the friendliest and helpful staff!!! Only place to stay while in Hong Kong

A nice welcome always makes a difference when checking in. Reception helped nicely with our baggage that had grown from globetrottong shopping excess. The museum of old Hong Kong is worth a look and a few posing comical snaps. The room was adequate with a nice surprise full size bath with jacuzzi jets to soothe the stresses of mind and body.

Beautiful skybar with short closer buildings sloping upward tonlarfe skyscrapers. Ok gym, two treadmills, basic weights, instuctional yoga video, two bikes, and a one machine does all kinda thing. The staff was pleasant and willing to help. Also located in a fun spot of Kowloon. Close to any kind of public transport to get anywhere in the area.

Nice looking hotel in a great location. Clearly modern renovation, but poor facility overall. The room smelled of mildew and provides a clammy, dampness to you, your friends and all the room's items. Changing rooms to another floor was no better.
Seems like they've given up on putting money back into the place. The towels had holes in them, and the plumbing provides nice surprise cold bursts during your shower, and the toilets in two rooms were both poorly affixed to the floor. Perhaps rocking-chair toilets are a feature?
I'm perplexed by the good reviews everywhere, so am sharing our experiences. The staff was friendly, but room swaps and free breakfast offers can't compensate for such clammy, smelly rooms.
A third room changes seemed a waste of time, given two others were smelly and damp. The lobby too smells of perfumed spray, I assume to cover up the odour.
Upon checking out they require someone to do a 'room check' while you wait. Have never seen that ever in many decades of travel around the world on most continents. So a new one for me there.
Best feature - the location, and the comfy, very firm mattress. Nathan congee around the corner cheers up any weary, damp traveller in the morning.response / report this review -

Pros:
- The front desk staff is truly great!
- Centrally located
Cons:
- Got a smelly room
- found a curly pubic hair in the bathtub
- switch to the bathtub fell off
- seems to be some unstable electrical issues with flickering lights
- Not so great views
- Old property
The hotel itself is to be desired. The wonderful staff switched me to another floor and room and it was bit better with no smell but still strange electrical issues.
For the price I am paying for it, I can get a better deal elsewhere. I definitely will not return or recommend this place to anyone.response / report this review -

Good location and convenient. It is very close to the Airport Express bus stop. Room is quite modern and they have a very nice bathtub with jacuzzi. Game room was fun to use and the rooftop bar quite chill. Hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very nice and very modern. The location was great. It was close to the heart of the action in Kowloon and very close to subway stops! Don't expect much from the free breakfast though.

Nice modern decor, fantastic central location. Our penthouse unit had great views but could get loud at night when the patrons of the lounge were waiting for the elevator just outside our bedroom door. The spiral staircase is not the most kid-friendly. But overall was a great value.
