Príjemný hotel, príjemné ubytovanie, dobrá strava.Trochu viac veternejšie, keďže je to otvorené z oboch strán od mora.

Spent 4 days there and 3 in Havana and we wished we had stayed in Havana. This was by far the worst All-inclusive resort experience I've had. It was fully booked at main resort so they put as at the VIP private island section at the end of the ressort where you have to wait around for a golf cart to get there or walk until your feet fall off. Only one restaurant on that island and it was formal wear only and it's strictly re-enforced communism style. They told us we had 24 hrs room service but our phone didn't work, lol. Grounds keeper said it had been like that forever. Massive headboard on bed would fall towards bed during sexy time and that was never fixed either. We asked to borrow beach towels on our last day since they forced us to check out at early morning "or else we would incur extra charges" meanwhile bus pick up for airport was late afternoon so time to kill and they wouldn't give us beach towels without us forking over our PASSPORTS. On the day we need them to leave communism. Ended up changing in and using dirty clothes to dry up in an out of order bathroom on the not-so-well taken care of side of the resort by the basketball court with broken glass all over court surface I can keep going but you must get the point by now.
