  We had a great stay here! Staff were super-helpful and friendly, we were also able to check in to our room at about 10am after an early flight into Zurich. Room was modern and clean, suited us perfectly. Location is excellent if taking tram into town. A few food options around if you're prepared to walk.

  Very nice Hotel. Simply and smart hotel. In front of Tram lines 11 and 14, that connects with the city center and many others places. Pictures from 4th floor. Following the street (up-side) 300m., two supermarkets : Migros and Coop, and a few coffee shops and bakeries (perfect to have a breakfast or brunch).

  I stayed in a new “townhouse” room and it was very comfortable and the decor of the room was modern and attractive. The only thing I didn’t like was the somewhat awkward walk from the reception area around the building to the separate building which had my room - but I attribute that experience to what I assume is temporary construction. The restaurant was also superb, though quite busy and required reservations.

  Fabulous. Definitely is a 4-star hotel. The rooms are well decorated, if a bit smaller. I love it. I would stay here again. Very easy to get around.

  Check-in process was easy, efficient. Front desk staff pleasant and fluent in English (good for a traveller like me who struggles with German). Breakfast was okay, not great. Server in restaurant took forever to bring us coffee. Room was beautiful, modern and clean, with nice appointments like free WiFi, tasteful lighting and artwork, umbrella, coffee and tea, mini refrigerator. Very quiet and restful, with comfy bed.

  Good service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast was great :)
  Close to transportation, medium price. Please improve bathroom : avoid shower curtain, please install panels instead - thanks

  Hotel Krone unterstrass Zurich.
  Super clean!
  Really it was, me and hubby loved it, it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.
  Lovely fresh croissants at breakfast, girls were really nice at reception, no problem checking in or out, good location guys, city centre very very near for shopping 😊, would stay there again as we really loved Switzerland. From Great Britain.

  Very nice room. All ammenities you will need, except for an iron. The views can be terrible, as you literally look into other people's houses. So, if you like privacy, this may not be for you.

  Poorly managed, poor housekeeping service, poorly designed bathroom.
  Housekeeping walked right in on me without knocking! Management response was to blame me and lie! AVOID! Better options available.
