Excellent service for the price. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff very nice and always helpful.

2 star Swiss hotels like this would be 4 star in England. Lovely room, beautiful facilities, bath towels, slippers, comb, even shoe horn provided. Cold drinks in the fridge included in room price. Breakfast available at 6am for our early departure. Amazing selection of food, including Gluten Free bread for my Coeliac husband. All with complimentary Swiss chocolates at reception. Easy access to city centre (8mins) on tram No.3

Rooms were nice but they were really hot as there is no air-conditioning and the fans weren't too great

Quite good hotel installations, staff and neighborhood. Quiet and very clean room, with enough space for 2 or 3 people, at a very honest price! One thing I have for sure about Zürich: when I come back here, I'm definitely staying here at Hotel Hottinger again!

Shared kitchens are a really plus if you want to stay in this expensive city. Service not always the most friendly. Average breakfast.
