Budget hotel and somewhat acceptable service. I can't recall but there is a poker face guy in the front desk, even when he is telling a joke. That's interesting XD

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very professional. Is located next to a train that will take you to the town center. A coop is in front, and a few restaurant.

The room was so small also there was steps before the lift that make it difficult for me holding my baby stroller to ascend these steps.the hotel don't offer any drinks in the room even there was no boiler. On the other hand the staff was so helpful and hotel was so close to the tram station and the city center.

Rooms were extremely small . All the staff was not very polite. When the official exchange rate was 104.7 Frank's to a Euro. The hotel was giving 95 Frank's for 100 Euros. If the have a different rate they should display it at the reception.

Would not recommend this hotel.

No airconditioning or fan, no basic facilities such as kettle and mini bar. Had to go all the way to the cafe to get hot water.

Rooms are small, barely enough space for 2 person to move.

Hotel facilities are old.

Very friendly staff and good value. Comfortable rooms, right on the tramline but the walls are paper thin and the rooms are very warm for April.

This hotel is cheap and located quite centrally. The rooms are clean and of a reasonable standard. Recommended for short stays

A really nice hotel with everything in it.
Clean sheets and towels, nice smelling inside.

It was a bit chilly during the night but the duvet was thick enough to keep us warm.

Internet you have to pay for. Don't speak very good English at front desk but still somehow worked it out. Bed are comfy. Tv was big but all in foreign bar 2 channels. Stopped there this august.
