Location is so good.
Breakfast is served another restaurant where is located across the street.
For me, it was difficult to understand "this is right place".
There are not many kinds of food, in my opinion.

Awesome service, room was spacious, cleaning done daily, free WiFi, free breakfast was just superb, specially fresh fruits 😋😋😋😋😋. Metro station was walking distance, bus stop and tram is in front of X-TRA. Various options of veg food available near by. Post office is below the hotel in next building to get currency exchanged. Everything is organised so we did not face any problem. Pickup point for city tour is also 2 min walk.

Great hotel and service. Rooms are taken care of and everything is very clean. Very good location and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Everynight there was rock music noise until 23 hours from some neighbourly concerts, even on weekdays. Rooms are average at best, and they didn't have buffet breakfast. Equipment in the rooms was quite poor. It's more 2 stars hotel than 3.

Beautiful modern hotel in the centre of Zurich. Value for money, very helpful staff, great breakfast area indoors and outdoors in a green garden. Many happenings and concerts in the building. Close to shops restaurants and cafés. Walking distance of the main train station and else public transport.

Rooms are a fine size. Fairly modern. It's located very poorly. Between old town and newer, nicer areas. The tram runs right up the street, though, which is nice. No bathroom in the room, which in and of itself is no big deal, but there is (as far as I can tell) only one shower and one toilet per floor. Which seems odd. Overall it's fine. I'm sure you could find better options for a similar price in a better location.
