Excellent hotel a little far from city centre but tram line 4 is available every 7 minutes.

Pleasant staff and very helpful front desk made this stay enjoyable. Always a preferred place when staying in Zurich. Easy access via public transport to centre and other venues.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Internet issues were incredibly annoying though in that sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnt. Gym was fine.

Really nice hotel and updated facilities. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do. Does not have an airport shuttle, which they have advertised when you book, which was my only complaint!

Nice hotel, GREAT bar. Modern style rooms, extremely spacious. Double sink in bath. Quiet in guest rooms. Didn't have a chance to try restaurant. Close to Zurich Airport, about a 30 CHF Uber ride.

Nice hotel not too far from Zurich center but you need a train, tram or taxi to get to Zurich center). Nice room, great place, four stars out of five because the two girls at the check out desk were just silly. Didn't smile didn't give us the receipt, I had to ask for everything, it was like they were in a hurry and not very bothered. Ugh spoilt brats

The stay at renaissance was an extremely 'value for money' booking that I have made. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with all amenities required for a pleasant stay. Parking is a bit expensive though.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around

Spacious room, good amenities. The location was a bit tricky to find and there was a lot of road work around it. It seemed to be in a bit more industrial area but overall good place to stay.

Wow what a hotel. Rooms are amazing and staff are super helpful. Breakfast isn't the best but the rest is sooo good that I can't fault it.

Enjoyed room in high floor with a great view, breakfast is excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Wish it was closer to Old Town, but it's still very easy to move around using public transportation.

I stayed overnight at the hotel prior to a business meeting. I arrived at 22:30 and ordered room service which arrived promptly. The room and bed were comfortable, WiFi was free for web and email and the TV had English channels. Breakfast was standard Hotel fare and checkout was efficient.

This hotel is in a quiet place. Tons of business people staying here but a perfect place for couple to stay and visit Zurich. The manager and staff are wonderful. As a preferred guest they made us feel like we were royalty. Will be back here soon.
