Biatta at reception was amazing. She made our stay in zurich memorable. Breakfast selection was limited and repeated dailynot ideal if spending multiple days at the hotel. Room was clean and tidy nicely sized.

Nice hotel in a great location walking distance to Sihlcity mall and tram stations.
Friendly staff, Biatta was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were neat and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Truly a 4 star hotel. The service at the front desk was great - the receptionist gave me detailed info about how to get to the airport, she even got me a train ticket. I never had to come back to the front desk for key card issues (had none). The restroom was super clean they even had a shower cap. Felt super nice about staying there.

The shower head can't point down, it points out, and as a result gets the entire bathroom soaking wet. The beds are quite hard, which is not my personal preference as it hurts my hips. Finally, the system is such that when you remove your key card from the light holder, the blinds automatically go up. When you remove it, all the lights go out and the shades go down. This is not as big a deal and more a convenience issue, but unless I think to remove the card right before bed, I end up being woken up by the hot sun.

I enjoyed my stay very much
felt like at home
for sure i will return to this hotel and i will recommend it to my family and friends.

P.S. the only thing i recommend to take care of is better air condition system.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around

its well situated yet quiet, good access to city transport, i was lucky to catch an offer for a better room with a wider mattress, not the usual single bed which is modelled on a prison bed, these swiss really have catch up with american size beds for comfort

Lovely calm quiet hotel with some rooms facing into a green belt. The rooms are simple and not large, but restful.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Well equiped conference rooms. Kind receptionists. Great, peacefull and quiet location with close connection to tram. Restaurant is awesome! One of the best food I ever ate. One star is missing because the hotel does not have any option for indoor activities. No gym, no pool, nothing. Thats why it is better for business meetings rather than family vacation.

Nice hotel located ideally and very comfortable. Friendly staff, decent restaurant. Super hot showers and above average sized rooms. Have stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months. Definetly recommend !

Good 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is decent. Location is okay. Rooms are nice with lots of storage.
