Good option for staying in Zurich. I love the classic reception. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms. Close to the main station and the city atractions

Very good location, 3 minutes walk from HB. The rooms are good, but amenities are quite old. Not unusual to find the shower is malfunctioning etc.

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the train station. Which makes it easy to get groceries on sundays, since all shops aside from those at train station are closed.

The service was prompt and staff were friendly. We were welcomed with complimentary upon our arrival which we loved because the weather outside during summer was pretty hot.

The room was spacious and clean. The bedsheets and linen felt really clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom has a bath tub and hairdryer, though the size is small such that only one person can be inside at a time.

The breakfast buffet also has a selection of warm food such as omelette, grilled tomatoes/ bacons/ sausages, etc. The croissants were wonderful. They also served smoked salmon, honeycombs, homemade apple compote and you could freshly squeeze your own orange juice. Good selection of tea as well.

Such a great stay; not a single thing to complain about. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever had. Comfortable rooms with all sorts of amenities; extremely attentive and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant are on the expensive side but no more than any other Zurich hotel. Little touches like fresh local apples and apple juice in the foyer, make this place even better. Would love to return.

Very professional place, extremely close to the business center of Zurich, and just north of the Old Town. We arrived extremely early, but were allowed to check directly into our room anyway, instead of having to leave our luggage and find ways to spend time until the usual 2 or 3 o'clock. Rooms are very well-appointed and quiet.

Most comfortable bed and pillows in any hotel ever seriously I slept like a baby! Great location convenient to the HB and many restaurants and shops. Friendly service and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms are small by modern standards but I did not feel cramped at all. Carpet needs replacing. Bathroom was modern and water was hot and had good pressure.
