Great staff and location. The room was a little small compared to other hotels but was definitely of adequate size for 2 people. Probably the best fuzzy slippers I have ever had at a hotel. The Google description is incorrect and there is no gym here, but there is a nice lake just down the street that you can run around.

I read the other reviews - maybe they were in other rooms, but my room was modern, had no problem with the bathroom layout, and had great WiFi.

Quiet location. Rooms are ok, but weird configuration. Top floor has nice balcony view. Close to the river which is nice.

The location is pretty amazing, even though the rooms aren't the most luxurious. I had read some bad reviews but I really felt like it was a good experience!

Lacks amenities such as a gym or a pool and the bathroom in the room is a bit small, but otherwise the room was nice and clean and the hotel bar was a relaxing place to have a drink + meal.

Note: One issue I did have was that it being winter in Zurich, it was cold outside and unfortunately it was cold in my room as well. The instructions near the main thermostat state to use the radiator near the window, but that didn't seem to give off much heat.

Stayed here a few times, 3-4 nights each. Well located and very helpful staff who remembers your preferences. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and modern. The restaurant is good and priced reasonably. Wifi is fast

We booked and stayed in a junior suite just for one night to break the journey. Quite nice setting, yet the toilet is a bit small and cramped. Service is very good at reception and we received a big basket of fruits. There is a bar, though small yet quite comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style in a nice and comfortable setting cafe. There is a big balcony in the room, good view of skyline and roof tops in the area.
